AAnonymous UserMy stay at the Orange Crystal Jianguomen Hotel in the Deluxe King Room completely exceeded my expectations for city hotels. Service, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities were all impeccable!
The service was incredibly warm from the moment I entered. The front desk staff were efficient and patient, proactively introducing the room facilities and breakfast details, and even thoughtfully providing a fresh fruit platter. They were meticulous in helping with luggage and giving directions – truly five-star service. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; no dust accumulated in any corner, the bedding was spotless and odorless, even the vanity was immaculate, and the fragrance was fresh and not overpowering – a truly luxurious experience.
The facilities in the Deluxe King Room were amazing! The Kohler bathroom fixtures were of exceptional quality, the smart lighting had six modes that could be switched with a single touch, the soundproofing system designed by Tsinghua University ensured a restful sleep, and the 1.8-meter bed was so soft and comfortable I didn't want to get up. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a rich and varied selection, including freshly cooked wontons and specialty pastries – all made with fresh, authentic ingredients. The staff even proactively asked about our needs.
Convenient location and impeccable attention to detail, I will definitely repurchase this product next time I come to Beijing. I have already recommended it to all my friends. You can buy it without hesitation!

GGuoke880730The Beijing Moma Manor Hotel is located within the famous Moma园区 complex. Its design style blends Eastern and Western aesthetics, giving it a very artistic feel. The front desk is also quite unique and compact, allowing you to sit while checking in. The hotel even provides free snacks, and the drinks in the fridge are complimentary. The front desk staff offer excellent service, and I really love this hotel. The only downside is that it seems there aren't enough front desk staff; in the evening, there's just one person scurrying around. While checking in, the phone would ring, and they'd answer it while still processing the check-in, which might lead to longer check-in times. There was also a group of delivery drivers loudly asking for directions at the front desk. The staff member even escorted us to the elevator while simultaneously giving directions to the delivery drivers. I truly witnessed a 'hexagonal warrior' doing the work of three people!

The location is a huge plus – within walking distance to the subway, making my commute to Beijing West super fast. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so getting around and finding food is really convenient. They even have free parking!

EEZ78Beautiful view bedrooms, we got 2 rooms next to each other which is very convinien. Hotel location is very strategic. Thr hotel is in the New China World Trade Complex, direct access through the mall into the subway station, very comfortable especially in winter.
Cons : the hotel listed they have guest laundry but they don' t have it. Other hotels that put guest laundry in their listing meaning they provided washing machine + dryer + detergent in a special laundry room free for guests to use.
Other than that, the hotel is very great. Staffs were very helpful especially the concierge staffs. It' s a pleasant stay there.

Location is not ideal. Its 15-30mins walk to either train stations. No straight path. Nearest shopping mall of any repute is 25mins walk away. Good thing is its vlose to a row of economical eateries that serves a wide variety of cuisines: from local to European. Convenient stores and massage spas nearby.
Reception staff is generally polite and professional. Their command of English is not strong, but they tried to be as helpful as possible. They always booked my car rides for me when I asked them to. Pet friendly hotel..i cane across a few dogs going to the rooms. One of them is huge mixed.
Room is spacious with lots of storage spaces. Fittings are a bit dated. They are undergoing scheduled renovations, so hopefully it will be better. Housekeeping staff are polite, but expect very little English.
Gym: air-conditioning control is not working. The equipment is old. There's a cat den right outside the window tho..so if you are a cat lover, there's lots of purry little ones playing in the garden space outside.
Cafe: its converted from one of the rooms..not a full cafe. Breakfast is whatever they have. Almost the same everyday. Toast, hard boil eggs, porridge, and a selection of cooked items.

This place perfectly meets the needs of business travelers: the room is very quiet, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The desk is spacious, and there are more charging ports than I could ever use by the bed and on the desk, so no more fighting for outlets. Breakfast starts as early as 6:30 AM, with a wide variety of options, and you can even pack it to go, ensuring I get a full meal even with an early flight. Ella at the front desk even helped me print documents quickly. Her service was professional and efficient. I've already saved this as my go-to hotel.

My recent stay at your hotel left a truly deep impression. Checking in late at night, I encountered some really upsetting issues, which left me feeling quite frustrated. However, thankfully, the manager – an older lady wearing a Party emblem – efficiently resolved these problems. Her approach was incredibly warm and responsible. Seeing the bright red Party emblem on her chest instantly put my mind at ease. She remained patient throughout the entire process. Her efficiency and attitude in handling the problems truly impressed me. Not only did she quickly resolve my issues, but she also repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience, expressing her sincere regret for my negative experience. Through her, I witnessed the dedication and responsibility that I associate with a Party member, and felt your hotel's genuine commitment to customer service.
I didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it.
The hotel's location is even better than the Hilton I stayed at a few days ago; it's incredibly close to the East Gate (Donghuamen) of the Forbidden City. If you're visiting the Forbidden City, this is an excellent place to stay for a night. There were no calls rushing me to check out. I only returned to the hotel from the Forbidden City at 3 PM, and check-out was processed quickly and smoothly right after.

MM578593****This is my third stay at this hotel, and I'm consistently impressed. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a great variety and delicious food cooked fresh. They even provide dental floss, which is a thoughtful touch you don't always find even in five-star hotels. The inclusion of toilet seat covers among the hotel amenities is another detail that really makes a difference. The staff are all incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient; it's just one traffic light away from Line 5, and about a 10-minute walk to Wangfujing commercial area. It's also quite close to attractions like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. We stayed in a family room. The first room we entered had a smoky smell, but the staff immediately switched us to another one. The hotel is a bit old, with cracks on the walls in the room, and the TV and toilet facilities are quite dated. On the third day of our stay, it was a family member's birthday, and they thoughtfully prepared a cake for us. The hotel breakfast isn't great value for money. Since we stayed in a suite, adults were 100 RMB and children over 1.2 meters were 50 RMB. There wasn't much variety, so it's better to find some traditional Beijing breakfast nearby. For food delivery, you have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself; there's no robot delivery service. All the staff were very nice, especially the housekeeping team. They were very attentive, especially since we had two children with us.
