Absolutely stunning place to be in. Hotel is very near Yu Gardens and Cheng Huang Miao. The nearest train station is just about 10-15 mins walk, very convenient. Housekeeper were very attentive and helped to clean our room everyday, spotless 👍🏻 Receptionists were friendly and always never fails to greet all the guest. Definitely recommend this place for all fellow travellers 👍🏻

Hotel is located pretty near to Pudong Airport, making way to the airport fast and convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good. Save space for the tasty pastries and cakes. Front desk service is great, nice and helpful. They assisted me order take-out pizza online and delivered to hotel after a long day at the Disneyland Park. The hotel arranged a birthday cake for us prior to our arrival and at very reasonable price (cake was baked inhouse). If you take the effort and time to communicate with staff, you will achieve the assistance you require from the hotel team. Downloading a “Translation App” and “We-Chat” is highly recommended if you cannot communicate in Mandarin. Please book your Disneyland drop-off and pickup shuttle 24 hour prior and register yourself with the “We-Chat” group (There is a QR code at the front desk). The hotel’s private guide on the bus ensured my family got through the park gate and registered at the park guest services. Tip! if you need to communicate with the hotel staff prior to arriving, I found “We-Chat” to be the most convenient way (Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha Mobile WeChat number is ***********).

First of all 5 stars to Peng Ho (何鹏) service, very helpful and proactive, helped with us during check in and when leaving the hotel with 🧳 and getting our ride to the airport. Also 5 stars for another lady helped with our check in, she let me viewed a few rooms as I wasn't exactly sure about my stay, she prepared a welcome fruit platter for us. The hotel is quite wore off, l9bby seemed ok, but once in elevator, corridors all appeared wore off and not clean, then the room arranged for us is full of smell, moldy and smokes, the room we settled is not as smelly, but still found stains, dirt etc in the room, I have especially requested a well cleaned and dusted room before check in due to allergies. Since t was our last stop of a 2+ weeks vacation plus it's only one night so we didn't move, if it is at the beginning or staying longer, I would've moved hoteldue to the first impression of elevator /corridor and room,I was tired that didn't even take picture of the room, our room was facing some old neighborhood, no scenery at all, plus it's noisy in the morning around 6, noises from heavy machinery. But location is quite convenient, walking distance to the Bund, took us about 20 minutes walk to reach the starting point of the Bund.

Quite hard to communicate with the receptionist and staff at the hotel, but some of them were really nice. Hotel room was small but clean, they change our towel every day. Breakfast is the same menu for almost everyday, but enough spread from rice, noodles, wonton, bread, coffee. Location very convenient, near east nanjing road metro station. Close to the bund.

Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. Overall good experience. Travelling the Shanghai city was a long travel distance, however travelling to the airport was easy and quick. Depends on why you want to stay there. Staff were friendly and attentive, they provided everything we asked for. One issue we had though was that we had locked our room before we visited Suzhou. When we came back late at night, we had found that our hotel room door was open. Luckily nothing was missing, however it was not a nice feeling. Not sure how that happened. Door was closed and locked when we left earlier in the day.

We booked this place for its relative proximity to Disneyland and airport, compared with if u booked a hotel in the heart of the city or near the Bund. We liked the place, very clean room, nice breakfast, comfortable beds, laundry room available, and very friendly staff. The owner is also very friendly. They helped to book a 6 seater car for my family of 5 to the airport for free! (Normally cost rmb100)
