I don't usually leave reviews, but the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong truly deserves one. The hotel's convenient location is a given. We stayed here for three days, and the attentive service truly left a lasting impression. The front desk staff who handled our check-in were incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon seeing we had a child, they proactively offered a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra bed. Every time we stepped out, the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile, which always started our day on a positive note. The room was also impeccably tidy, with even our charging cables neatly coiled. Our child left an umbrella in the lobby, and a male staff member from lost and found patiently spent over ten minutes helping us look for it, for which I felt quite apologetic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with high-quality ingredients. As we were leaving, our child said they definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong.
Unbelievable stay here. Room was beautiful, comfy, spacious, facilities like the gym, infinity pool, breakfast buffet are all really great. Location to the town and boats to islands is great,
Can’t recommend more highly

Great location with Jordan MTR station nearby. There is a convenience store, McDonald’s and Starbucks just across the road, and the food hall and restaurants from the hotel.
Room is comfortable and clean, air con is powerful and cold. There’s also a small safe to keep our things locked away.
The only small issue is there’s no fridge.
The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly and diligent in the turnover service. We are delighted with our stay.
It was nice there was a mini gym and pool to use within the facility.

Very clean and cosy room and toilet! Not a noisy environment as we slept like babies.
Aircon airflow is strong, hot water shower, the window can be opened if you prefer. Towels and toothbrushes provided.
Luggages can put under the bed which is a plus point.
Common freezer/fridge, microwave, hot/cold water dispenser for guests to use.
From HK airport to Ocean Inn, we took airport bus A22 stops at Chi Wo Street, Jordan Road. HKD40.80/pax bus fare about 1hr bus journey. Less than 50m walk to Ocean Inn. Downstairs got porridge, Cha Chang Teng eateries, 7-11 etc.
Right outside the building is Jordan MTR Exit B1 with MTR Lift. We took airport express mtr back to airport HKD65/pax about 1hr15mins journey.
Friendly owners! Will definitely stay here again. Paid SG$199 after trip.com promo codes for 4 nights from 15-19 July 2023

The design of Langham Hotel Hong Kong gives a sense of pride, beauty and simple elegance luxurious. The hotel is located in a location where it is easy to find food and there are many shopping areas. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. If I come to Hong Kong, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to visit the bird garden. It's a little far from the station.
For the price, I think you get what you pay for.
I booked a semi-double room, but ended up with two single beds (・_・;)
I couldn't speak the language, so I gave up.
The woman at the night reception was nice and kindly lent me a hair dryer.
The only problem I had was the check-in process. There happened to be someone there when I got there, so I was able to check in, but it was a close call. The SIM card is data-only, so I can't make phone calls, and checking in over the phone without speaking Chinese is a bit of a challenge.
I'll make sure to check the check-in process when making future reservations.

This is our second stay at YING’nFLO, Wesley Admiralty, Hong Kong.
High recommended due to strategic location and highly accessible public transport options - bus stop and tram station right in front of the hotel, can opt for MTR Wan Chai Exit D (Escalator - flat ground walking) or MTR Admiralty Exit F (access through Three Pacific Place). Many local eateries, cafes (blue bottle, A.P.T., Elephant Grounds, etc), restaurants within 100m-300m radius.
Some amenities required purchase through vending machine at lobby area.
Spacious room with high speed internet (sign up for free as ‘Brilliant by Langham’ member), comes with water dispenser machine in the room.
We were thankful to have friendly and helpful front desk associates during our stay, would like to compliment Mandy who helped us hail a taxi to Hong Kong MTR station during checkout (we were warned it’s challenging to get taxis due to short distance between the hotel and HK MTR station).
Facilities: The facilities are brand new, and we really appreciated the eco-friendly water dispenser. However, we couldn't get the air conditioning in our room to a cooler setting, which made for two uncomfortably warm nights.
Environment: The large swimming pool was absolutely delightful, and the kids' play area was a huge hit – our children didn't want to leave! It's definitely a fantastic spot for families. The direct elevator access to Ocean Park was incredibly convenient, making it easy to return to the hotel for a rest after a fun and tiring day.
Restaurant: We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant twice, and the food quality was excellent on both occasions. Highly recommended!
Room is really nice, staff at check in and the in the pool area are great. Location is a bit far out , but not necessarily awful. Not a whole lot to do around the immediate area, however it is only a 5/6 min walk to the metro, so didn’t bother us too much. Lack of a 7-11 in the area is a little disappointing, but we just bought what we needed whilst we were out.
On the last day, flight was late at night and they let us stay at the rooftop pool, looked after our bags and we were able to shower n change after a day relaxing before the flight. So props to the team for that.
1 stop from ocean park, so was great after we spent the entire day there, to be so close. We also took the bus from very close by to Repulse bay beech so maybe my location review is critical.
If you don’t mind hotel being a 25/30 min journey from central HK island and you value a room with lots of space, defo the place for you! I would absolutely return.

AAnonymous UserThe lady there is super nice - great hostess and such a warm person! Facilities were decent, there is a TV and they provide toothbrush, towel albeit things were kinda old and run down. Nicely sized room and bed. Blanket is just a thin cover though, there is no duvet. Everything seemed clean EXCEPT the floors had dirt and dust, so I had to wear shoes inside the room.

CChristine XuReally need to avoid this.
1. Hotel Facilities
A. This hotel opened this year, next to the Sheraton and a 5-minute walk from K11 (recommended).
B. This hotel is perfect for couples. I stayed here for two days with my eldest son on business in Hong Kong. The shower was dark, and you could see through it when you turned on the light. The bathtub had no partition, so it was completely useless. I wanted to soak my feet, but there was nowhere to sit. **Not recommended**
C. The most terrifying thing was that the fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM on the first day, and the alarm sounded for nearly 20 seconds. The fire alarm went off again at 10:47 PM on the second day, and it also lasted for 20 seconds. This completely disrupted me, a light sleeper. Even if I tried to sleep, I was groggy and didn't fall asleep until 3 or 4 AM. **Need to avoid this.***
2. Hotel Cleanliness
A. There were black spots on the pillowcase, which meant it wasn't washed properly. **Not recommended**
B. There were hairs from the previous guest on the floor. The floor was covered in dust, and it was obvious that it hadn't been vacuumed. **Not recommended**
3. Hotel Service
A. I adjusted the air conditioner and charged my iPad when I left the room in the morning, but when I returned that evening, the card had been removed. The staff didn't pay attention to the details. **Not recommended**
B. The front desk and concierge were friendly (recommended)
C. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety and delicious flavors (recommended)
D. There was a short lady with glasses who provided poor service. On the first day, she gave us a seat against a pillar, and on the second day, we sat on a sofa (we're tall and it was uncomfortable to eat on a sofa). We asked to change seats, but the lady refused both times because they were unavailable. Later, another waiter helped us change seats.

Sszzzz111The boss was super nice. He lent me a hair dryer, stored my luggage, and even helped with hot water heating.
He also specially helped to reserve the upper bunk
I love it so much. I’m so happy in HK.
I woke up feeling refreshed in the morning and went to the second floor to have breakfast and then left——

GGuest UserI booked for my son who was passing through Hong Kong for the first time. After getting off the bus that brought me from the airport, I quickly found the hotel. The downside is that the hotel door was closed, the app mentioned in the note on the door was not installed, so I couldn’t tell the owner about my arrival. I had to go and get it myself to the neighboring hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom had shampoo, gel, towels, as promised on the hotel website. That’s why we chose this one, not all hotels have such amenities. The bathroom is larger than in other hotels. During our two-day stay, the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. My son was happy with the room and the service at this hotel. We can safely recommend it to other travelers!
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, close to Exit E of Mong Kok MTR Station. The hot water supply in the bathroom needs to be improved, which is very inconvenient in winter. The upside is that the room rental is relatively affordable. Transportation from Mong Kok to many attractions in Hong Kong is also very convenient.
LLizzy1987I have to comment in person, so that you don’t know, pay attention: no toothbrush, no comb, it is estimated that you have to ask the front desk, the nature of the apartment, you can wash clothes, the advantage is that the view is good, it is very convenient to take the rail car and the minibus 1, but ah, the mattress is really hard, the bed is a bit cheap, I slept with back pain, clean and good, the safety exit lights can't be turned off at night, and the towels are wrapped in the end. I suggest to experience this price. If you don't have money, choose other sea views five-star, the hotel also has a buffet breakfast restaurant! There is no meal here, there is an ice room downstairs, solve breakfast by yourself! The water in the toilet is yellow rust and needs to be improved!
