I’ve heard of Eaton HK many times, but I never realized how affordable it was. I'd only ever been to their food court before, and knew they hosted many local eateries. On my first night, I tried the roast chicken from 'Tung Po' (蔷红烧鸡). I thought the quality might drop or the prices would go up after moving into a hotel, but to my surprise, the standard was perfectly maintained. The next afternoon, I ate at Yat Tung Heen, and the food quality was excellent. The afternoon prices were also much more reasonable, making it incredible value for money for a Michelin-starred restaurant. During my two-day stay, I also dined at 'Faa Yun Nin Wah' (花样年华) and 'Wing Nin' (永年). Essentially, all my daily meals were taken care of within the hotel, which was super convenient. The room wasn't huge, but the decor was very new and clean, and it was exceptionally hygienic. It happened to be my birthday during check-in, and the hotel even sent a small chocolate cake, which was a lovely touch. My only minor complaint would be that the pillows offered absolutely no support whatsoever! 🤣 What truly deserves more praise is the staff's service attitude. The cleaning lady on the 16th floor was able to provide service in three languages (two written, three spoken), which I found incredibly impressive. She was also very polite and enthusiastically asked if we needed anything replenished. Her tone was lovely, and she had a constant smile. I really hope the hotel recognizes her efforts. Additionally, the staff downstairs at the entrance, including Aburisha and other concierge colleagues, were always the first to proactively ask where we needed to go and helped us with the elevator. When we first arrived at the parking entrance, we weren't sure where to check in, and he approached us, asked where we were headed, and led us inside. As we were preparing to leave, he also proactively asked if we wanted to check out and guided us on how to do so quickly. He was clearly very willing to help and full of enthusiasm. I've noticed that this hotel generally employs a more racially diverse staff, and I later saw in their promotional video that these employees have inspiring backgrounds, some even with refugee status. This made me feel that the hotel truly practices a diverse and inclusive culture. I highly appreciate the hotel's culture, and their HR department clearly has a great eye for talent! 👍🏻

Free upgrade to a deluxe room: It's true, but the only difference was the higher ceiling. HKD 100 F&B credit per room per night: Forgot to use it. Facilities: Pretty good, stylish and retro, very comfortable. Environment: Not bad, there's a supermarket, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby, very convenient. Service: Very enthusiastic, check-in and luggage storage went smoothly. Room: It is indeed very small, haha.

Traveled to Hong Kong with my wife and father-in-law to visit relatives. I pre-booked a triple room, and overall it exceeded my expectations. Although the hotel is over a decade old, it's very well-maintained and the hygiene conditions are excellent. The service was extremely warm and the location was fantastic. Great value for money, and my father-in-law was very satisfied too. One minor issue was: The 'triple room' was essentially a twin room with an extra bed. However, why were the original twin beds pushed completely together? It was almost indistinguishable from a single large bed. One major issue was: The air conditioning in the room remained quite cold no matter what I did, and the noise from the AC was quite loud. I managed to tough it out and eventually fell asleep, thinking I'd contact the front desk if I couldn't sleep, or even pull out the room card to cut the power.

Points to improve: * There was no briefing during check-in about the hotel amenities. We had to discover everything on our own, which should be the minimum standard for a hotel. * There is a kitchen on each floor (which we only learned later by reading reviews), as well as another kitchen downstairs. We used the kitchen to prepare food, and while eating we were approached by staff asking whether we had used utensils from the kitchen. After confirming that we had, we were told we could not use them because they belonged to other people. I then asked how guests are expected to cook, and was told we should buy our own pans and utensils. This was very surprising and impractical for travelers. We continued using the kitchen on our floor. Feedback to the hotel: either provide proper shared kitchen equipment for guests or clearly do not advertise these spaces as usable kitchens. * The Wi-Fi in our room was not strong enough for work. * The room is quite small, but this is understandable given the price in Hong Kong. * The location is far from the city center, although it is conveniently close to public transportation. * Staff could be better trained and more welcoming. This is hospitality guys, not a factory! * Large tour groups often arrive at the same time, making the reception area very noisy and chaotic. This made it difficult to work or take calls in the lobby. * Internet speed was around 30 Mbps, which was not sufficient for stable remote work. Good things: * The hotel is very clean. * There are several facilities available, including a small yoga space, small gym, laundry machines (paid), video games, movie nights, and a nice coworking area in front of the reception. * There is also a workspace downstairs, which we only discovered on our last day — this could be better communicated to guests. * The price is fair for what is offered in Hong Kong.

One of our favorite accommodations. The room is functionally furnished and has a fantastic view of the sea. Everything was clean. There was a nice, large shower and plenty of space to store our clothes and backpacks. The location is fabulous, quiet, right on the beach, a little away from the village. The hotel has its own restaurant. The breakfast is delicious, and we always ate well there too. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. We received a very warm welcome and immediately felt at home. Anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city should come here.

Apologies for the super late review, over a month late – I completely forgot… First, the conclusion: This place offers amazing value for money, but if you're going to a concert, you absolutely need to leave early. I stayed for three days and never once managed to get on their free shuttle bus. It comes from another hostel, and whenever I needed it, it was always full – no chance of getting on… In the end, I walked for half an hour to catch the public bus every time. The room itself was fine; very comfortable for one person. However, since it's a prefab structure, there's zero soundproofing. You can hear kids crying from the next building throughout the entire complex. If you're a light sleeper, this could be quite annoying, but I was fine – I was so exhausted after showering that I just passed out, haha! Oh, and I have to praise the power strip! The one provided in the room was compatible with mainland plugs, so I didn't need to bring my own adapter, which was fantastic!

The basic room is very compact, bed is low like Japanese futon inspired, but shower facilities all work well, even folding desk by the bed. Perfect room for just sleeping the night. Reception on the third floor. Assistant there helped me to contact online reception. Large common kitchen at reception if you have time to cook or eat deliveries. Location is good for bars and Man Mo temple walking distance. Nearby breakfast places open around 10am. Prepare your own slippers and tooth brush and teeth paste.

Lets start with the friendly welcoming when you enter, all people smile, being helpful. The hotel is very clean, the room has all amenities that you need and also very clean, and lets not forget the amazing food and view. The hotel is 10/10 but the staff members make it 100000/10. The reception, the waiters, even the cleaning lady asked me 10 times if i need anything or if she has to clean the room. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting HK, and i will go back for sure. Thank you Hotel Arca Team, you are the best !

Whenever I visit Sai Kung, I always stay at WM Hotel, and each experience is consistently delightful! Upon arrival, I was immediately upgraded to a better room for free, which instantly made a great impression. The staff all speak fluent Mandarin, so communication was a breeze. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful, making me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my stay. The location is absolutely superb. It's right by the sea, and you can walk directly to Sai Kung Pier and the minibus station. This makes getting around and enjoying the seaside super convenient, without any detours. What truly captivated me was the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Enjoying the sea breeze and the ocean view creates an amazing atmosphere, perfect for both photos and relaxation. The hotel's food is also delicious. Whether you're traveling solo, on a romantic getaway, or on a family trip with kids, this hotel is a perfect fit. If you're looking for accommodation in Sai Kung, this is my top recommendation—seriously!

DDamarisThe photos online were misleading. Check-in was on the 3rd floor, not the 8th as stated. Luckily, I had an HK SIM to contact the property. Staff were friendly, but the room was extremely small with a strong chemical smell due to recent spraying without ventilation. There was no shower gel or shampoo provided, and one of the restroom doors was missing. The location is great, but overall, it's not a pleasant experience.

MM492872****Finding a room with such great value for money in Hong Kong is truly a good find! The room isn't too small either, and it's close to all the places I wanted to visit. The MTR station is right downstairs, which is super convenient. The staff are very welcoming, and the owner is especially nice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Conveniently located near the Avenue of Stars, with the Tsuen Wan Line MTR station right downstairs, making it easy to get around. Ambiance: The lobby is on the 15th floor, the breakfast restaurant on the 12th floor, and the rooftop open-air pool on the 50th floor offers direct views of Victoria Harbour. Service: Rachel, the Guest Relations Manager, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. There's also a happy hour from 5 PM to 6 PM daily, with excellent drinks and snacks. Room Type: I originally booked a Central View Room but was upgraded upon arrival to a higher-floor Victoria Harbour Sea View Room. The moment I opened the door, I was captivated by the stunning view; I didn't even close the curtains all night. Breakfast: The variety was incredibly rich, and the quality was excellent. Areas for Improvement: The check-in process took a long time for every guest, and the procedure seemed a bit complicated. When I opened the right-hand drawer of the bathroom sink, there were a few hairs inside. Fortunately, the disposable dental kit was individually packaged.

JJo F.During our stay, the fire alarm accidentally rang twice at 7am & 7:30am with no reason, and the night-to-morning shift security guards (a senior man & a senior lady) were quite rude. And strongly recommend to bring your own hair dryer for your stay cuz the little pink hair dryer did nothing…… While we still had a good time with our doggies here, good location and excellent view.

LLiaohezuoanIt is very convenient to travel in Chungking Mansions. It is a ten-minute walk from the Avenue of Stars and Harbor City. The boss is very nice. When I arrived, it was very inconvenient because my phone ran out of battery before the check-in time. The boss saw that I was embarrassed and asked me to go ahead in advance. Checked in, thank you very much boss

GGuest UserWe were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. This place is in a resort area with beautiful scenery. We came on a weekday, so it was off-peak and not crowded, perfect for a vacation! Our group was 6 adults and 2 children. Before coming, we were hesitant about booking a B&B, but after arriving, we were so glad we chose this one! Although it's far from the city, there are plenty of bus services and excellent transport links. We visited many places without taking a single taxi. Given Hong Kong's prices, staying in such a wonderful resort house was truly perfect! Everyone in my family was very happy. The facilities inside are new, clean, and tidy. There's a kitchen and a dining table. We bought ingredients in Tsing Yi, and the B&B provided cutlery, cups, and pots and pans. Although the room wasn't huge, there were plenty of cabinets, and it was spacious enough for us, which was acceptable. The owner even thoughtfully provided bottled water. We could easily prepare a simple meal, and it was truly wonderful to sit around the dining table and chat while traveling. What a fantastic accommodation experience, excellent value for money! The lady in the shop downstairs was also great; she even gave candy to the kids 🍬. The children had a lot of fun here too. We spent our days exploring the city and our evenings happily dining and looking after the kids at the resort house. The washing machine has a built-in dryer, which solved all our laundry problems during the trip. The air conditioning and refrigerator were also very powerful! A perfectly wonderful experience! We made sure to clean up before we left, a fitting end to this perfect trip ✈️
