Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities for everyone! Hot spring in room was definitely an added bonus… Breakfast and Dinner buffets was one of the best I’ve had this trip with huge selection of quality produce. Thank you for an amazing restful trip!

There are not many places for breakfast, you have to wait, and there are not many meals left, the food is served slowly, there are not many items, it is very ordinary, I am very disappointed with the breakfast. The room was OK, surprisingly big.

The hotel is really nice and well located. If you take the tourist bus from Zuoying it stops right outside the hotel. However they do have their own free shuttle bus from the station, which we only realised when we left haha. Unfortunately the typhoon had hit when we came to Kenting so I can’t say anything about the beach or outdoor facilities. Breakfast was really good. Huge spread. They had a salad section, a bakery section, fruit section, hot food section, cereal, and even make your own noodles too. So good! In the basement they even have mahjong rooms, pool tables, table tennis, some video games and a soft play area for children. There are two restaurants: a Thai hot pot restaurant and the bar restaurant which has the typical bar foods in it, fried food, pasta fried rice etc. but the prices are a little high so I’d recommend just walking into the town to eat at the restaurants there! Staff were very lovely and very helpful.

Great value for what is offered. The location is not near the city center, but a good retreat in a quiet area. Great hospitality, everyone was so cordial, and good breakfast buffet. The rec center was cool. Must bring own toiletries but you can ask for robe, extra towels, etc.

Excellent accommodation experience, five-star service level! 1: Location: A very beautiful geographical location, located at the northern end of the Coast Mountains at an altitude of 220 meters, surrounded by mountains and the sea, with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean.  2: Facilities in the hall: The hall has abundant facilities, including the Rich Vitality Hall, which has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, game rooms suitable for all ages, gyms, billiards, billiards and other facilities, allowing tourists to enjoy a variety of leisure and entertainment here 3: Hotel transfer: The hotel provides transfers from Hualien Railway Station and Hualien Airport. You can call to make a reservation one day before departure. The transfer time is usually on the hour. There is also a transfer from the hotel to the Ocean Park. It is very convenient for you who want to have a relaxing trip. The car is in high condition and the interior is clean and tidy. The reception driver is very serious and polite. Have been to Taipei many times and previously been staying near Taipei main station. It was my first stay around Banqiao and first at this hotel. While definitely not as convenient a location relative to the main station, it was still quite a short MRT ride to popular tourist spots like ximending. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was also nice and not crowded. All in all an excellent hotel that i would recommend and likely book when i visit Taipei again.

Stay for three nights,too early to check in when we got there, got free snacks and drinks at the poolside bar while we waited. Room is huge and staffs are friendly and helpful. Closed to light rail station and most attractions.

The location and service is very good, and it’s good to get room upgrade for free when check in at late night.

A 5 star hotel that deserves its rating. Rooms are comparable with Sheraton/Hilton etc... it's a well-oiled machine and everyone was efficient and kind. Shout out to my namesake SEAN in the Prime restaurant on the roof who took care of us with a memorable Christmas dinner. One for any short list in Taichung.
