"The hotel has a great location, very close to Nanjing Pedestrian Road, which makes it convenient for shopping and walking around. The room is clean and well-maintained, and overall the stay was comfortable. One small downside is that the lighting in the room is a bit dim, which makes it slightly difficult to get ready, especially for doing makeup. The staff are very helpful, especially when assisting with Taobao deliveries. I also requested a one-hour late check-out, and they kindly allowed it without any extra charge, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s a good hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location. 😊"

"Very good , Don’t really speak english but can communicate via phone so it’s okay . Very happy to help all the time , very kind and very nice / polite. Mia and the rest of the staff and very helpful. They have helped me move i came , and made the stay very pleasant. I stayed in the cave room which was very nice , the cleaner came in every day even if i put do not disturb and just made the the bed and refreshed the towels. The location is nice there is lots of food - burger king , pizza hut and local foods . It’s a bit far from the city centre about a 35/45 min drive which is 9-12 pounds The cleaning was good but a dusty on the floor maybe because of the cave . Over all i loved it would definitely stay again . All staff are nice and willing to try to help or help if they can ! Never had an issue ( except my parcel which they tried ) other than that AMAZING! The laundry service is also AMAZING ."

"The hotel's location is fantastic – really close to Nanjing Road Snack Street, People's Square, and the Bund. There's a bus stop right nearby and the metro isn't far either, making it incredibly convenient. When navigating, I recommend searching for 'H’s Holiday Hotel' as the two hotels are right next to each other. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean and tidy. **Environment:** The overall decor and setup are simple, elegant, and clean. **Service:** The service truly deserves a special mention! The front desk staff were amazing (especially one fair-skinned, lovely young woman wearing a white mask, whose smile was so warm and service exceptional). When I couldn't find the hotel, someone actually came out to meet me. Since it was a bit chilly and rainy that day, they immediately offered hot tea upon entry. It instantly warmed me up! During the New Year period, there were even small gifts for check-in/check-out, and they upgraded my room for free. Talk about incredible emotional value! "Before I went, I asked a friend who recommended this place, saying the service was excellent and they offered a shuttle bus to Disneyland. She had stayed at the Pudong Airport branch too. Here's my experience: On the first day, I arrived close to 11 PM. On the way, I called the hotel front desk to ask if they could sign for my takeout. The front desk staff was very nice; they asked for my arrival time and told me I could still catch the hotel's late-night snack (9 PM - 11 PM). The most thoughtful detail was that after the conversation, the staff member would say, 'You can hang up first.' Upon arrival, a staff member accompanied me, helped me get my room card, pushed my luggage to my room, closed the windows, and turned on the air conditioning. In the morning, the hotel has three different shuttle times to Disneyland. I chose an early slot, but it was still a bit rushed, so I didn't have time to sit down for breakfast. The restaurant staff kindly packed it for me – so considerate! On the bus, a guide explained important tips and analyzed the day's park crowd, which was very reassuring and thorough, especially for us first-timers! If needed, there's even a guide service on the shuttle who can help you strategize your day to hit the rides efficiently. When I left in a hurry in the morning, my belongings were scattered everywhere. When I returned, I found my clothes neatly folded. Our toiletries and messy cosmetics were tidied up and placed neatly on the table. A foot bath basin was also prepared and placed in the room. The staff member assisting us was very attentive; she confirmed our plans for the next day, asking if we needed to book the shuttle for Disneyland, the subway station, or Pudong Airport. The shuttle departure times for Pudong Airport really put your mind at ease. The late-night snack was delicious too! Whether checking in or checking out, they always proactively help with luggage, and any issues are patiently resolved. I'm truly satisfied with this stay! It's perfect for both vacations and business trips – definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed!"

The kids' play area in the lobby on the first floor is great for children, and there are plenty of attractions nearby. The 'Xiao Shanghai' pedestrian street and Wanda Plaza are just a 10-minute walk away. I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the room amenities are excellent, and all the toiletries are provided, which is very convenient. They even offer free laundry service, and the clothes are delivered back to your room. Plus, they have a Disney shuttle service and a shuttle to Zhoupu Metro Station, with very well-organized schedules. I really love this hotel and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station. The area is relatively quiet, and across the road, you'll find Kerry Parkside and Kerry Everbright City, which have restaurants and even Thai massage. Shanghai Station metro is also convenient, only three stops to People's Square. The room was very new and clean, with plenty of water pressure in the shower. The bedding was also comfortable. There's a laundry room and a gym on the third floor. The lobby on the second floor offers complimentary afternoon tea daily, with tea, biscuits, and cookies. The breakfast variety and taste were good. The only drawback was that during the Chinese New Year, there were too many guests, and breakfast service struggled to keep up. Every morning felt like a battle. I'd suggest the hotel add more tables, staff, and utensils during busy periods to improve the experience. I've stayed at a few MANXINFU hotels, and this one has more guest rooms. Perhaps because it lacks a courtyard, there were no cats, which was a bit disappointing.

You have to park in a lot across the street, which isn't super convenient. Breakfast was pretty good, though maybe because it was Chinese New Year and there were a lot of people, they struggled to replenish the food. If you came at the wrong time, there might not have been much left. Oh, and definitely avoid staying on the fifth floor – the soundproofing is terrible. You can clearly hear people walking around at breakfast on the sixth floor in the mornings. On the bright side, they gave us a souvenir when we checked out!

GGuest UserThis hotel is located at the foot of Sheshan Mountain. The hotel's backyard garden is absolutely beautiful, with a sandy beach and a small petting zoo. If you're interested in seeing the animals, you can buy a ticket for 38 RMB per person, the same price for adults and children. There are also several other attractions nearby, like the Smurfs Theme Park, Sheshan, Happy Valley, Jigo Rabbit Hole, and Chenshan Botanical Garden – all just a short taxi ride away, usually the minimum fare. It’s incredibly convenient. Bob's service was proactive and enthusiastic; he basically granted every request. We visited just after the New Year's peak season, and seeing our family with both young and old, Bob kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room for free. He also provided us with detailed information about all the nearby attractions and the hotel's facilities. We were very satisfied with this family-friendly hotel. The breakfast was also excellent.

It's truly the top choice for both business trips and leisure getaways. 🏨 Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Pudong, right next to Huamu Road Station on Metro Line 7, making transportation incredibly convenient. For those who frequently attend exhibitions, it's just a short walk to the Shanghai New International Expo Center – you can't beat that convenience! The Kerry Parkside shopping mall is right downstairs, offering a complete range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, making an evening stroll very pleasant. 🛏 Room Environment: We stayed in a room facing Century Park, which offered a very open view. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, and the room's scenery was truly refreshing. The room's interior decoration was modern and minimalist, spacious and bright. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-done, and the toiletries were of good quality. 👩💼 Excellent Service (Special Praise): This was truly the highlight of our stay! From the front desk to the concierge, every staff member greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly at home. A special thank you to the front desk staff for their efficient and professional check-in process, and for being so enthusiastic. This kind of meticulous care made us feel a warm, home-like welcome the moment we stepped into the hotel. 👨👩👧👦 Family & Facilities: I must commend the Kids' Adventure Zone here! With 700 square meters of play space and three different styles of slides, our child played there for a whole afternoon and didn't want to leave, truly liberating the parents. Kerry Sports is also super spacious with complete facilities, and the indoor heated pool has clean water, providing an excellent experience for guests. In summary, this was a perfect stay that exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Kerry Hotel Pudong, for the wonderful memories. Next time we're in Shanghai, this will definitely be our go-to choice! Eecid0066Last time I stayed at a Disney-themed hotel, and this time I switched to the Toy Story Hotel. Both are excellent, and I feel like if you visit Shanghai Disneyland and don't stay at one of these two hotels, it's almost like you haven't truly experienced it. Plus, you get early park entry. The staff service is great. The stay was very comfortable, the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – which is good for your body, and I wasn't tired the next day. The best part is that it really captures the Disney magic. My kids absolutely loved it!

It's supposedly under the Hyatt brand, and indeed, major brands prove to be trustworthy. The room was spacious and roomy. When I checked in, I asked the front desk about nearby entertainment, and they recommended 'One Foot Garden' next door, which had a lovely, chic vibe. They have a 24-hour shuttle service; you just need to book it a day in advance, which is very convenient. Because I had meetings, the hotel even extended my check-out to 3 PM, which was very thoughtful.

GGuest UserFor our winter break, I wanted to treat my child to a luxurious hotel experience, and we ended up choosing the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic. Checking in at the 54th-floor reception, the view from the window was already stunning. Then, heading to the 78th floor and seeing the hotel's circular architectural design, I was amazed again. When we entered our room and opened the curtains, the Shanghai World Financial Center stood right before our eyes, and we could also see the Huangpu River – the expansive view was simply breathtaking! The room itself was spacious, elegantly simple, and well-equipped. My son especially loved the bathtub. The hotel also offers a free swimming pool, hot springs, and a gym, which we were all very happy with!

Upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively helped with our luggage, warmly guiding us to the reception. We didn't have to lift a finger, which immediately eased our travel fatigue. The front desk service was particularly impressive; the staff were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. The check-in process—verifying information, entering it into the system, and explaining hotel policies—took less than 5 minutes. When they learned it was our first time in the city, they even pulled out a printed guide to local attractions, detailing must-see spots and local specialty restaurants. They even thoughtfully marked peak travel times to avoid and recommended transportation methods. Their thoughtfulness instantly made us even more excited for our upcoming itinerary. Stepping into the room, my first impression was ”clean and comfortable.” The room was more spacious than I expected, with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was neatly made, soft, and skin-friendly, without any odd smells. Even the pillow height was just right. I fell into a deep sleep shortly after lying down, which was incredibly important after our long journey. The room facilities were also comprehensive: the air conditioning cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, the TV had clear picture quality and many channels, and there were thoughtful touches like bottled water and charging outlets, meeting all our daily needs. The bathroom was spotless—the floor and counter were immaculate, and the mirror was sparkling clean without any water stains. The toiletries were custom-branded by the hotel, with a fresh, elegant scent and rich lather, leaving my skin feeling moisturized after showering. The hot water supply was stable, with good water pressure, and the temperature could be precisely adjusted. A comfortable hot shower after a day of sightseeing washed away all the fatigue. Plus, the bathroom also provided disposable toiletries, showing great attention to detail. The hotel's breakfast was another delightful surprise. The breakfast restaurant was clean and bright, and all utensils were strictly disinfected, making us feel at ease. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering a full range of Chinese and Western dishes. Chinese options included congee, buns, fried dough sticks, eggs, and various small dishes—the congee was soft and sweet, and the buns had fresh, juicy fillings. Western options like bread, milk, and coffee were also plentiful, and the coffee had a rich flavor. The staff promptly refilled food items to ensure every guest enjoyed fresh meals, and they actively inquired about our needs during dining, providing exceptional service. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, just 3.1 kilometers from the subway, making it convenient to reach various attractions and shopping areas. There are also supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, so daily shopping and dining are hassle-free. The surrounding environment is quiet, completely free from external noise, offering a truly pleasant stay. Overall, my experience at Guyiju Hotel was perfect. The service, room, dining, and location were all impeccable. If I visit this city again, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel and recommend it to any friends planning a trip!
