If I can, I will give 10 stars. Their service is top notch! Excellent! Very happy with all the warm hospitality. Free shuttle to and from disneyland, to zhoupu metro for unlimited times (the staff xiao yan even gave my kids snacks! Thank you!). Free gifts for my kids when we checked out, got candies when we checked in (for the second time). I needed mineral water late night, they directly sent it to my room. I stayed here for 3 nights then go to harbin then come back to stay here again. They helped me to keep my luggage while I'm in harbin. Their laundry service helped me a lot! They prepared my early breakfast before I go to airport in the morning. Many more to describe. But one thing for sure, if I go to shanghai again in the future, I'll choose this hotel. I've a great time staying here. Thank you so much for all the staffs. (ALL. I mean it. Sorry I can't tell the name, but you are all worked great! Thank you so much for the staff that helped me to wait didi in front of hotel early in the morning. Although it's very cold, he kept standing in front of the hotel waiting for us to go first. I appreciate it). Comunication with them is very easy, using we chat. Keep up the great work!

The hotel's location is great and easy to find if you're driving, with an underground parking garage. You just need to get a parking voucher from the front desk when you check out, which is very convenient. Every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeepers, greeted us warmly. As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff offered us a glass of water. Seeing that we were a family of three, the front desk even helped us get a complimentary upgrade to a premium king room. The room isn't huge, but it's pretty good for being near Shanghai Railway Station. It's decorated very warmly, and the cleanliness and hygiene details are meticulously maintained, which is very reassuring. The kids also loved the robot, haha! 😄

We have been traveling across China with 2 families for 5+ days (in this hotel 5 days). What I would like to admit is how the service is good (like the reception people are literally so friendly and welcoming, they always greeted us, helped us all the time and did everything they could) and the breakfast is amazing! (So many international people, multiculturalism). About the hotel: it was amazing too. The rooms are very cozy, nice, warm (they have a/c). The view was especially good, we had a nice view at the calm life of Shanghai and palm trees lol. The beds are comfy, warm. They do laundry by themselves, have free fruits from 15:00-16:00, foot massage. The reception helps with anything, I asked them for a latte coffee and pair of chopsticks at 3 am (they found it). The location is nice too, there is a subway station nearby (I had rode rent bikes every morning to subway). Overall, the hotel is very nice, with the best service from staff.

Our family booked 3 rooms. All rooms are big and clean. Delicious breakfast👍. We arrived at late night, free airport shuttle bus. Staffs services are also very good.

booked a room at the Banyan tree for my parents who were visiting to celebrate their wedding anniversary and upon check in we were greeted by the most lovely staff who quickly helped my parents check in and upgraded us for free to a nicer room. It also had prepared Rose petals within the room and some desserts to celebrate their wedding anniversary which was very appreciated. The room was unbelievable and the view alone made the whole experience worth it. My parents absolutely loved their stay and couldn’t stop raving about the service of all the workers as well. we had some items that my family were unsure if we could bring onto flight, and the hotel staff even went out of their way to call the airline to confirm for us. hotel amenities also great, huge gym and pool with multiple spas, and gym having a reformer pilates machine too. we’ve been to many hotels within shanghai now and this is by far the best , with strong service, a modern room and incredible view. all the photos of the view in the review were taken from within the room, better than going out to the bund!

Grateful for the 24hr airport pick-up, free pick-up at 4am, also the kind consideration to upgrade our room to suite for family of four 😍 had a good night rest...comfortable bed... Kids simply love it...too bad we are just staying for a night

Great location, view, breakfast and gym. The room is well heated and clean, staff is friendly and hotel very luxurious. I think it’s one of the best hotels you can book for your business trip or vacation in Shanghai. Metro is also closed and there’s a fancy ifc shopping mall that can be reached in 5 min walk. Lovely

Wow what can I say about this hotel. I'm from Scotland and was weiry about booking a hotel away from shanghai city centre. Glad I did the city centre was far to busy felt like coming out of a busy concert. I shouldn't have been. Using Didi saved us the hassle trying to use public transport. Please note Didi (uber) ranged from £1.40 to £16 for a long journey. Didi arrived in 3 mins max WOW. You are close to the wildlife park and Disneyland you still need Didi to take you there but as the hotel offers a free shuttle then that cost isn't there. Shanghai Village is great for shopping again close by, across from disneyland The service in this hotel is 2nd to none. Derek (Manager) and his team are first class. I've never stayed at a hotel in which the staff make you feel so welcome. From a free gift, to a free upgrade. Free fruit and the willingness to help when you dont speak the language. The breakfast wasn't to my taste but looked lovely the staff went out of their way to buy bread and jam for us. We were offered a free bus to Disneyland we declined due to being to early for us. Didi only cost £4.80. But the offer was there. Derek and his team really go out of their way as I needed something printed off and was no hassle at all. I took his WeChat number (WhatsApp) just incase I got stuck I didn't get stuck but the offer was there and made me feel relaxed and not afraid to venture out knowing I could contact him. The hotel room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Room was very large, my room when I went to Hong Kong was a quarter of the size. Impressive! Has everything you need to be safe and comfortable. I genuinely can't fault this hotel and would have no hesitation to recommend to my family and friends. The surrounding area has a KFC and supermarkets there is a lot to choose from but more Chinese food is on offer. There is a bakery a few mins walk away and the bakery goods were delicious and I got my coffee from luckin coffee make sure you have the translater on your phone very easy to order if you have that plus the staff help too. So there you have it book this hotel and enjoy the hospitality Derek and his team offer you will not be sorry. I'm so glad to have stayed there sorry to leave.
