"Just wanted to leave a special review, as my experience was excellent. The airport shuttle service was incredibly thoughtful, running every half hour. When I called around 10 PM, the front desk directed me to Gate 10 on the fourth floor, which was easy to find. The driver arrived in less than 10 minutes, and the car had a large, illuminated hotel sign, making it instantly recognizable at the Capital Airport exit. The vehicle was also very new. The driver said it would take 15 minutes to reach the hotel, but we arrived in just seven or eight. During check-in, two staff members enthusiastically helped with my luggage, and the process was very quick. They also informed me that a late-night snack service was available. Despite being close to the airport, the room had excellent soundproofing – I barely heard any plane noise. The facilities were relatively new, with a shower, heating, and everything else you'd need, all easy to use. The next morning, the hotel provided a wake-up call. After getting up at 4:30 AM, I took the 5:00 AM shuttle back to the airport. The driver mentioned a 15-minute journey, but we got there in just five or six. Overall, the experience was fantastic."
