"Service is truly the best I’ve seen. The whole staff is incredibly welcoming. Free airport shuttle to and from the airport including helping with the bags which was really nice. They upgraded us without asking because they had availability. Someone also guides you up to the room and walks you through all the smart functions of the room. They have a robot for delivery which was cool to see. Overall the room is really clean and amenities are good. Highly recommend"

The reception staff were notably professional, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met with efficiency. While the hotel is conveniently situated, guests should be aware that it is accessed via a narrow alleyway. Consequently, ride-share or taxi drivers may occasionally choose to drop passengers at the main road or the nearest intersection rather than the front entrance. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary coffee provided at reception, which added great value to our experience."

"This hotel is located in East Fourth Ring Road, and we chose it mainly for its convenient transportation and surrounding amenities. It turns out we made the right choice! The hotel staff, noticing we had elderly and children with us, proactively helped with our luggage and arranged a quiet room on a high floor. The room size is quite spacious for a hotel of this price range in Beijing, and the layout is well-designed. Both a gym and a laundry room are available. You can also cast content to the TV in the room, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with a full set of amenities. The neighborhood has a vibrant local atmosphere, with two large shopping malls nearby, Fangyuanli and Hopson One, offering everything you need, making it easy to find dining options for the whole family. The subway provides direct access to Universal Beijing Resort and Tiananmen Square. After a tiring day of sightseeing, being able to return to the hotel quickly to rest is truly invaluable. The staff's smiles and patience left a deep impression on us."

"Value for money with basic standard amenities. I would like a bit more comfortable bed and an extra pillow but that is because I am a bit more fussy with sleep. Conveniently located for the temple of heaven. Close to Tiantandongmen station and Hongqiao market where you can go to the 5th floor and enjoy probably yhe best view in Beijing. Have only asked for some coffee but there was only complimentary jasmine tea so gave 5 for service but only requested something once. They left us extra water though which was greatly appreciated."

A kind gentleman helped us with our luggage from the car to the room and proactively offered warm water multiple times. **Breakfast:** Our family room originally included two breakfasts, but we were given an extra breakfast voucher. As for the breakfast itself, it was rich and varied, with self-service coffee available for free all day. **Free Parking:** Free parking service was provided. When we checked out, the gentleman helped us with the parking voucher to exit. **Environment:** As soon as I entered the lobby, I fell in love with the decor style – very modern and chic. Our room was a loft with twin beds; the lower level was for lounging, and the upper for sleeping. The bathroom had a dry and wet separation, with clearly defined functional areas. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I booked based on online reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Everyone can confidently stay here; I'll certainly be back on my next visit."
