The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. The household is a day and the wallpapers are changed. The possibility of warming a microwave dish, making a coffee and drink distributor. It could be improved at the level of the dishes offered, but it is depleting.

Very satisfied! The room was clean and tidy, quiet, comfortable bedding, air-conditioned, first-class staff service, rich breakfast, convenient parking, and a large supermarket opposite, which can be charged.

Private parking is in high security. Location is near to La Halles where u can buy coffee n breads, n fruits. Its location is also near to the attractions.

This hotel is across from the river and not that far from several attractions that are walking distance. This is the second time I've stayed in the hotel for business. The rooms are spacious especially since it's just me in the room. This last time I had a room overlooking a courtyard. The hotel was a bit crowded this time for the summer holidays. They followed covid protocols trying to space people out and using masks/gloves. I still felt things were a little too close together especially for the morning breakfast. Overall the staff was very efficient and helpful.

The hotel staff were super welcoming and friendly!! The breakfast was amazing too! Way better than we expected, but don’t come too late for breakfast ( around 9 is good, we notice around 9:30 it’s peak so there’s waiting). But theres many choice, my favorite was the fresh orange juice and French toast!

My wife and I spent a couple of nights in Rouen for the first time on a recent trip to France. We experienced the exceptional service when we drove up to within a block of the hotel. With some construction in the area, i wasn't sure how to navigate directly to the hotel so pulled over on an adjacent street. As I got out of our car, a gentleman from the hotel walked by and asked if we needed assistance. He said he was heading on his break and noticed us (looking a little lost). Within minutes he called for a valet and told us to just head to the lobby and they would take care of everything. From this point on, the service at this hotel was first rate. It's a beautiful historic building in the heart of old Rouen. Easy walking to all the major sites, with many restaurants and shops in the area. Beautiful courtyard as well to enjoy a drink or snack. We will definitely visit Rouen again and we will for sure stay at the Hotel de Bourgtheroulde.

Several disappointments despite a recent real estate and a welcome staff. I couldn't get points for the All program, unlike in other facilities, New but cold room, there is no heating in the bathroom. In the winter, it is not supportable because the carrier and the air are cold, the mirror is so low that I have to fold in two to see in the top of my 90 meter. At breakfast, des présents à thé en vrac, bien meilleur donc que celui en sachet... mais pas de boule à thé pour se servir. Eles sont au lavage. En ce qui à l'emplacement, il oblige à aller manger, à reprendre un transport jusqu'à l'hypercentre. 11€ in Uber go and then 11€ return.

Good points - clean, comfortable rooms (great pillows!) excellent wifi and friendly charming staff. BUT we had asked for a hotel with secure parking, a restaurant and double bed. This hotel said it had all three. The hotel did have a car park but it had a height restriction of 2m - same as our car so we couldn't use it. Our fault for having a high car but we would not have chosen that hotel had we known. I mentioned this (nicely) in a review and they said it was on the website no it is not, the website says ”secure covered parking”. We were lucky to grab a parking spot in a dark side road as someone was just leaving. Did not feel comfortable leaving our packed car there but had no choice. The hotel did have a restaurant but only for breakfast. Not mentioned before. Obviously couldn't drive anywhere so the friendly receptionist gave us a map to a local shopping mall 10/15 minutes walk away apparently the only place to eat around there. The roads were dark, mainly deserted and there were a lot of graffiti covered buildings. It didn't feel safe but we had no choice. I am sure in the summer and daylight it will be fine but in the dark winter, not a great experience. The shopping mall had a good selection of fast food outlets. We had one night in France, with all due respect to KFC that's not exactly what we had been hoping for. Our fault but I am guessing others may too have greater expectations of French food. Double room was twin beds. One night, no problem, but just added to the overall unpleasant experience. Did have a great bottle of wine in the hotel bar when we got back!
