Thankfully, we were able to find a spot for an extra €5.00 in a separate, gated lot about 400 meters away. We gladly accepted this offer. Without it, we really wouldn't have known where to park our car. This should be clearly stated on the hotel's website. Otherwise, everything was fine. We would gladly stay again."

"The stay was unfortunately a complete disaster. The floor in the room was badly stained and looked unhygienic – completely unacceptable for a hotel. But it got even worse: during the night, part of the ceiling collapsed! This could have been extremely dangerous. I immediately reported the incident to reception, but received neither an apology nor any suggestion of a solution. Even after my written complaint, I still haven't received any response. No customer service, no sense of responsibility. A hotel that doesn't address such issues is absolutely not recommended. I will definitely not be returning – and I can only advise everyone to do their research beforehand."
