Very friendly service, we didn't have to ask much, we were informed about everything, the room was very quiet and clean. Had not had breakfast with in the price, but you could drink free coffee and tea. I would recommend the hotel to be known.

Close to the city center, so I had breakfast at the bagel shop across the street. It's conveniently within walking distance to Leipzig city center. However, being near the city center, it was in a concrete jungle, but the laundry facilities were excellent.

During my stay, I had an unpleasant encounter at the front desk. When I asked for towels, which I believed I had paid €4 for upon arrival, the receptionist (Felix) stated that I hadn't paid and that no one else was available to help me at that moment. The payment wasn't initially checked, and I was told that no towels would be provided without payment. After I returned with my receipt, the payment was still questioned, and it was suggested that the €4 might have been for something else, like another purchase. Before contacting a colleague, he made the remark, ”You're not showering tonight anyway,” even though I hadn't mentioned showering. I found this unnecessary and uncomfortable. Only after my insistence did he contact a colleague, who explained that the €4 was for the city tax and bed linen. Once this was clarified, the issue was immediately resolved. This situation could have been cleared up from the beginning if a colleague had been contacted right away. I also observed guests being loudly addressed in common areas when house rules were enforced, and activities were stopped without explanation. While the hostel itself was nice, the style of communication made my stay unpleasant. I would not stay here again and believe that clearer and more considerate communication from the staff would significantly improve the experience.

The facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the internet signal is stable and smooth. The location is superb, close to the scenic area entrance, with a wide variety of dining options nearby, making it easy to find meals within walking distance. Transportation is extremely convenient, with easy access to buses and the subway, and the main bus station is not far away. Moreover, the environment is exceptionally quiet; even the rooms facing the street are virtually noise-free. Combined with comfortable bedding, you can get a good night's sleep every night. It's excellent value for money, and I've already recommended it to friends!

Location is super, you can shopping in 5 minutes at the railway station and in the centre. The reception was always helpful, friendly and careful. The room was clean with a minibar and a small terrace. You can enjoy staying there for a longer time. The breakfast was sufficient to select OK. Also here a friendly service. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation in the parking house. You must get to know early whether you want to park a lot of cars next to each other or not.

Everything was great, the only thing I didn't like was that we went for a walk and when we returned we had to wait a long time with other guests for them to open the door for us because the receptionist was doing his rounds, and it was winter and nighttime

It was close to Leipzig Central Station and the room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were good for the price. I would like to make a reservation if I have a chance to come to Leipzig again.

The train station in the center of Leipzig is very close, clean and tidy. Every time I come to Leipzig, I live here, which is very suitable for personal and family travel. It is recommended to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in the city center, with nice interior decoration and low-key appearance. I found the hotel only when I arrived at the door. Because I arrived on Sunday, there were few people in the city center and almost all businesses were closed. On Monday, the market near the hotel opened, which was really lively. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I basically walked to all the attractions. I like the Bach Museum the most. It is really enjoyable to listen to Bach's works with headphones!

The room looks very clean, but the layer of clothes is gray, and the carpet is not very clean. In Europe, unless the budget is very abundant, if you live in a normal hotel, you must bring your own toiletries and slippers. Although not very satisfied, but in the budget and location conditions, it is still a choice.
