The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service. Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely. The staff, especially at reception, is lovely. There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards. I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed. There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious. We appreciated the complimentary waters.

The waiting time in line was long and the processing speed was slow, which affected the overall check-in experience. Service quality: The hotel's service needs to be improved. The front desk staff sometimes seemed unfriendly and lacked enthusiasm and initiative when dealing with problems. The response speed of room service also needs to be improved, sometimes it takes multiple reminders to get a response. Overall, Felix Ribendigan House Suites at Plaza Augustus has a great location and comfortable rooms for travelers who want to enjoy convenient transportation and beautiful views in the city center. However, there is still room for improvement in front desk efficiency and overall service quality, and I hope the hotel can improve in this area to provide a better stay experience.

It is very convenient near the station. The room has been renovated to make it more comfortable. The breakfast is also satisfactory. I want to use it again. In winter, the city lights are beautiful.

The front desk had a very average attitude. When I asked her for disposable slippers (hotels in Germany don't provide them proactively, but if you need them, just let the front desk know and they will provide them), she replied with a poker face: ”We don't have them.” I asked three times, and she gave the same answer three times. Finally, after repeated communication, I called a colleague to send a pair. The room is modern and simple, and it's OK. But, 1. There is no table. 2. There is no electric kettle

After Leipzig to Munich, I stayed at the hotel's newer basic business hotel, but at 4 o'clock in the night, the hotel alarm system failed. The hotel is not very convenient for transportation and the surrounding facilities are not good. The advantage is that it is close to the exhibition hall. In general a decent hotel, however our AC was not working in the room and given our late checkin (11:30pm) nobody answered the phone when calling reception multiple times, which was very disappointing. We could occasionally also smell cigarettes from the ventilation system. Breakfast was alright. Without the issues it’s a quite decent hotel.
