We did not end up staying here but we did go in for food and drinks.A lovely friendly atmosphere and serving great food.We we’re served by a lovely young lad who did a great job.We had a casual meal of pizza and chips and will most certainly go back. The meal was very fresh, tasty and hand made. Also very good portions.Next time this is where we will definitely stay

After our first day hiking on the West Highland Way, the Drymen Inn was a lovely place to land owing to the wonderful people working here. Our three rooms were not quite ready when we arrived, but Jacyln invited us to enjoy a beverage in the bar with a professional, but very friendly manner. Our rooms were soon ready and after a lovely shower, we returned to have a pre-dinner drink served up by Kerr who exuded a great Scottish vibe even though she was crazy busy. After a restful night, our included breakfast (only for those staying @ the Inn), was tasty and filling, perfect for our long hiking day ahead. One last compliment: Jane (who was working the breakfast shift), helped us out a ton, by mentioning a better way of rejoining the WHW trail rather than backtracking on the busy road. She took time out of her busy schedule to make certain that we knew the way before we departed. Just one more example of how the staff here was the best!

We are just back from a fab weekend in Drymen, we didn’t stay here but ate and drank Friday/Saturday. The food was absolutely delicious, great size portions and good value for money. Great atmosphere and the bar staff made you feel very welcome. We would definitely visit again and recommend, maybe even stay overnight as the place was spotless

A Glorious Hotel in a Magnificent Village
These folk are wonderful. A family run hotel. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. Jen was so kind and understanding about our safety and wellbeing during storm Eowyn m. I’ll definitely be back

Luckily we only stayed one night. The hotel is great if you like mold in the bathroom and beds that are much too small and saggy. It's also a great place for those who like unfriendly service and being treated like a military drill sergeant. Hospital-like meal times and a similar quality. Not even recommended for a hotel when just passing through!

A great country inn. Exactly what I was looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was treated to a local Scottish folk song jam session in the bar since I landed there on their regular meeting night. Very welcoming crowd. Great fun!
It’s a country inn, not a hotel, but it’s perfect accommodations if you’re traveling by car. Close to Stirling Castle, Wallace monument and other sites of interest.

Serving staff seem a bit abrupt n aggressive. Reminded me of isa from still game. Might be her daughter. Don’t eat the £17.50 chicken Milanese it’s tasteless and no coating, very poor. Other service in the places round about it difference was night n day.
