行政房房型設計不太合理，衹有一個小窗户，衞生間和浴室離的遠，浴室沒有門且玻璃私隱性不強。但是酒店位置和環境很好，停車方便，就在貝居安社區裏，市政廳、植物園都步行可達，過地道到馬路對面穿森林一路經過魯汶大學可以到阿倫貝格城堡。
