服務員、保安服務貼心，到機場大巴站接送我們，我們這次一行16人，行李比較多，到地方保安會把我們的行李搬入大廳的電梯入口處 。負責開車接送客人的小胖小夥人特別好，任勞任怨，沿途但凡我們看到的好奇的，小胖師傅一一解答，還應我們的要求推薦一些好玩的地方給我們，房卡打不開房門時就陪同我們上樓，為我們開鎖，還總説抱歉，就沖小胖這服務態度，下次來拉薩還是選維也納酒店，還有一點，維也納酒店的地理位置優越，到布達拉宮、散步去也就十來分鐘 到西藏博物院也是十幾分鍾，旁邊吃的也比較方便，對面家的老上海餛飩味道非常好啊

房間整體還是挺乾淨的 經理又熱心 看我們家小孩是大朋友了 幫我們升級了套房 交通很方便哦 酒店出門有上海餛飩 貴州牛肉麪 陝西肉夾饃 好多吃的 理髮店 屈臣氏都在旁邊 當然酒店的自助早餐也是很豐盛的 出行方便 最佳選擇

在拉薩這個酒店住了四晚，總體來説還是不錯的。早餐也算豐盛。離布達拉宮步行10分鐘。周圍吃飯也很方便。叫車去八廓街大昭寺也就十幾塊錢，交通還算很方便。酒店有車接送去火車站和民航局。衹有一個問題可能要注意一下，這個酒店不是24小時瀰漫供氧，衹有晚上19:00至早08:00時間段，床頭旁的設備才提供吸氧的。

酒店位置十分優越，步行一刻鐘就能到達布達拉宮南門，附近超市、花店、銀行配套齊全，服務人員十分熱情，入藏以來第一次感受敬獻哈達的禮儀，服務員還幫我們升級了房間，早餐也很健康營養，還會再來。

【1】管理極為混亂，入住期間曾多次換房，事後在攜程平台協助處理時，竟告知從始至終都住在一個房間。【2】服務極差，消耗會員權益進行的房型升級，且在預訂前後3次致電確認，但實際辦理入住時，不予升級，導致住客嚴重高反就醫後，不退不賠。【3】早餐極差，早餐是同等級維也納品牌酒店的通病，衹是有過之無不及。【4】無24小時瀰漫供氧服務！特別提醒注意，該酒店供氧時間是“晚7點至早8點”！不像其他同等級酒店，甚至更低等級酒店，可提供24小時免費彌散供氧！對於有高反的人而已，二者差別是很大的！想象一樣，出行遊玩歸來，一個是一下子就進入了富氧空間盡情吸引恢復；而另一個需要重新打開製氧面板，等待房間慢慢充斥氧氣！【5】自助洗衣間臟亂差，且衹能洗，不能烘。【6】酒店整體屬於“衹要錢，***”的經營定位，所以入住期間但凡遇到任何問題，衹要沒有達到“亡命”的嚴重程度，都很難順順當當輕鬆解決，如住客要堅持維權，十分耗費精力和元氣！所以，沒必要傷神，極不推薦入住！【7】該酒店距離布達拉宮、八廓街、大昭寺等不是最近的，建議可在宇拓路步行街附近更適宜的同檔次、同價位酒店！如參團一日遊，大多集散地位於西藏博物館、羅布林卡附近，距離該酒店也有不近！所以，綜合區位、服務、設施、衞生等，該酒店沒有什麼優勢可言！上述經歷、經驗，供參考！一年一度的旅遊旺季將至，希望為有需要的人“避坑”“避雷”！

房間還可以，挺乾淨的，前台小姐姐這邊也很熱情，服務非常不錯，是一家不錯的酒店，這邊離布達拉宮也挺近的，步行10分鐘左右就到了，早餐也挺豐富的，也是去年新開的，不錯，值得推薦！
