房間設計得非常有特色，榻榻米床很好睡，電熱毯挺舒服的，取暖器一開，全屋都暖和了。有點小問題都得到了及時解決。前台小妹妹非常有親和力，給我們做了可口的早餐，因為要趕路，我們還加餐了。臨別的時候，贈送了開光的禮物，還有精美明信片。非常好的體驗，為這次旅途增添了美好與開心。

衞生環境很好，整潔明亮。前台小姐姐們和所有員工服務態度都特別好，入住還有特產小吃，很喜歡藏族同胞的熱情淳樸，酒店早餐也很好吃，吃早餐還可以看到布達拉宮。酒店地理位置也特別好，離八廓街、大昭寺和布達拉宮、天上郵局都特別近，步行就可以。

整個酒店佔了一層樓，經常繞暈。洗衣房大且乾淨，陽光能直接曬進來。餐廳位置極佳，直接對着布達拉宮。但是最近不夜城封路，車子過不去，行李得自己拖着走進走出，高海拔下真的很折磨。酒店其實可以考慮相應的安排行李車幫忙接送一下。

位置不錯，離布達拉挺近的，到了放好東西直接可以去了。酒店位置不臨街，所以比較安靜，但位置第一次可能不好找。酒店工作人員態度都特別好。
