The room I stayed in on the first day had a temperature of 17 degrees on the display screen. The central air conditioner did not have warm air and only provided warm air at night, which was not in line with a four-star hotel. I stayed for another day on the second day and moved to a sunny room. However, the service attitude was very good. Both the manager and the front desk receptionist were warm and perfect, which was the standard of a five-star hotel. They also sent fruits, cakes and milk. It is very close to the Potala Palace.
