This is one of the best hotel I stayed in!
Service was top notch . The boss welcome you personally and the other reception staff and restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful . We encountered difficulty booking our transport to the next city and the hotel team was so helpful in helping us to solve the problem .
The restaurant food was very yummy that we ate our breakfast and dinner there everyday during our 4 day 3 night stay. It has a sunny side up machine during breakfast hour!
The room is equipped with smart room facilities . Bed was very comfortable .
We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends who want to visit bipenggou and li county.

GGuest UserAt the end of the holiday, I wanted to go out with my parents to escape the summer heat. Everyone unanimously decided to go to Li County to escape the summer heat. Then we made arrangements and looked at the hotel. The first floor, the lobby on the first floor, the boss lives on the sixth floor, the facilities are warm, and the service is thoughtful. When we arrived, the boss and the proprietress went out for a drink. Dongxi, personally took me to the parking lot. Both of them are very friendly and hospitable, and they fully reflect the quality of outstanding citizens cultivated by the education reform of our great motherland. I used the boss’s kitchen once, thank you very much, all in all, the living is comfortable, the communication is smooth, and the journey is happy 😁

1. Very good attitude
The boss' attitude is very good. As the saying goes, attitude determines everything. I asked the boss about local travel guides and local delicious food. The boss took the trouble to explain to me. He also walked to wake up the snack bar owner who was already sleeping to help me buy some.
2. The hardware is very good
It is indeed the best hotel in the area. It was renovated last year. Due to the masks, it only opened this year. There is no smell. The room is very big and there is a small tent. My little daughter likes it very much. If the baby is happy, everyone is happy.
3. Parking is very convenient. There is a larger parking lot and an underground parking lot. The elevator can go straight to the floor. It is very convenient for people like me who carry a lot of luggage when going out.
4.Quiet
The new hotel does not face the street, so it is very convenient during the day and night.

BBinh GFantastic stay. Shout out to the guy at the front desk. He provided pickup from Maoxian station, two ways to Bipenggou and gave us a ride to the bus station. He even let us pick a few things from the breakfast for my child so that she could eat along the way.
Hotel location was great, not far from the city centre. The hotel also had a hotpot restaurant on the second floor so we spent dinner here without walking to anywhere. Hotel amenities were great too, you can have everything you need. The decoration was another plus point. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Lleonlow91Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort.
We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning.
She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests.
Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.

The facilities in the room are high-end and user-friendly, making the stay experience more convenient and comfortable. The hotel's hot spring area is unique. The steaming hot spring pool is faintly visible under the cover of white snow, just like a fairyland. Hot spring water is rich in various minerals and is very beneficial to the body. While relaxing in the hot springs, you can also breathe the fresh and crisp air of Bipenggou and feel the gift of nature. Service quality is one of Vanratu’s signature features. Whether it is the front desk reception, room service or restaurant staff, they all demonstrated extremely high professionalism and a warm and hospitable attitude. They will understand the guests' needs in advance and provide them with personalized services, such as customizing meals according to the guests' tastes or preparing thoughtful little gifts for children. The quality of the food and beverage should not be underestimated either. A rich breakfast starts the day full of energy, with a wide variety of breads, pastries, hot dishes and fruits. GGuest UserThis trip we chose this camping homestay which is very close to the scenic spot. The room design is unique and interesting, full of camping fun. The boss's family of three runs the business, and the hospitality of the aunt makes people feel warm. The soup pot tasted here is very cost-effective, and the mushroom soup is especially recommended, which is delicious. There is also a lively cat in the homestay, which adds a lot of fun. Interestingly, one day a cute dog came. Although it was not the boss's, the boss wanted to keep it because dogs are said to attract wealth. Such a small episode made this accommodation experience more memorable. I will consider visiting again on my next trip.

XXutuan11月上旬去川西看紅葉，選住了畢棚溝的這家酒店。之前已經訂了一家房間是地熱的酒店，看到這家是空調房，就換到這家了。
房間面積設施衞生還不錯，床品乾淨。衞生間設施比較簡陋，房間沒有電話和USB插口。
酒店工作人員基本都是身兼數職，服務總體還是不錯的。
酒店餐廳挺大的，早餐不錯，看評價在附近同類酒店裡算品種比較豐富的。
酒店經營餐廳，在房間就可以掃碼預訂晚餐。我們入住當晚在酒店吃的晚餐，菜品味道還不錯。
酒店後面有山有水有彩林，時間合適還能看到日照金山哦。
