服務人員很專業，提供各種幫忙與解決問題，自行車可以推進去房間，非常方便，非常適合自行車旅行。房間廁所的地板還有地暖，非常暖心，也有提供自助洗衣服務，感謝招待！

酒店服務、衞生、安全方面很好。但整個酒店都是用一次性紙杯一。有點入住民宿的感覺。感覺泡茶很不方便。要自己出去買一個玻璃杯。
