The hotel was in a good location, and check-in was easy. The room was clean but basic—just a standard setup with a TV and no fridge. The shower was fine, and the bed was decent. Nothing special, but it did the job.

This hotel is not too far from Lille Flanders. The staffs are friendly. It is located inside an old shopping mall. The receptionist is on the second floor. The room is a little hot even with the window open. Since it’s in a busy area of the town, it was quite noisy at night.

Everything is good, except the shower. It comes with mist shower head and you can’t adjust it. I personally don’t like it.

Great for one or a few nights in the heart of Lille!
Only the hotel's facade is a bit ominous, and the lobby isn't very welcoming. Otherwise, it's clean, well-signposted, and the staff is friendly.
