On the day I arrived, there was only one other guest in the room, so it was nice and quiet. I was expecting something like a Japanese capsule hotel, but there were no towels or anything like that. My daughter told me that's normal for a European guesthouse. Just be aware of that!"

"It was a last-minute reservation. Lille was full because of the conference. It was in the middle of a heat wave. In this context, the money value was not really net. There was no air conditioning, the breakfast variety was very poor, and the lift would not work properly. I asked for a high-level room as it is close to the train station, but I got a room on the second floor, which was very noisy, and I had to keep the windows open due to the heat. The hotel was clean. They gave me a bottle of water twice, but would not allow me to put some food in the fridge as it is very small which ended up by me throwing it again because if the heat. I liked the QR code methods for the entrance very practical. It has a very good location close to everything."

"The apartment is above 5*. Absolutely stunning and it is also the cleanest place I’ve stayed in for a while. The staff are beyond helpful too. However, it is missing little attention to detail. The door in the bedroom doesn’t open fully as the curtain pelmet stops it. The side of the sink in the toilet needs replacing as it’s discoloured. There was one 500ml bottle of water on arrival,given the cost per night I thought was a little mean.Also, only 6 coffee pods which meant we were allowed one coffee per day. The washing up liquid and salt were practically empty. You can only have breakfast delivered Monday-Friday and the restaurant next door closes at 8pm… I would though stay again"

However the double bed is not really double bed. It’s two single beds putting together. For the optional breakfast, there is not much variety. Mostly cold food, little hot food."

"Location is great and there is a car park just next to the hotel As it is near a street with bar and restaurant you will sometime hear ppl talk and car pass by when midnight which was little bit frustrating The staff was helpful except there was an issue of elevator and I had two suitcase on 1/F When I checked with the staff they said nothing they can do for me which made me confused."
