AAnonymous UserSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious, and it was good to have hangers and hooks available. However, there was only one shower room and one toilet for our floor, which was not sufficient. There were no hooks in the shower room, making it difficult to hang clothes or towels, and there were also no racks to place shower products. The ventilation in both the toilet and shower room did not seem adequate, and no hairdryers were available. That said, the shower room was clean. Overall, the stay was decent for the price.

The staff allowed early check-in when the room was ready, which was very helpful.
After check-out, we could store our luggage at the hotel, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, a convenient hotel with good service and reasonable price.

Petit déjeuner extrêmement décevant pour le tarif de 14 euros. Peu de choses à manger en sucré. Pas de yaourts nature, pas de sirop d'érable, pas de quatre-quart, de madeleines, ou de brioche...
De plus, il manquait de tout et en cas d'affluence il n'y avait absolument plus rien à manger. Certaines personnes ont attendu près de 20 minutes pour avoir ne serait-ce qu'un croissant.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

GGuest UserWe travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at the Napoléon Hotel in Lille. The location is ideal, right across from the train station and a stone's throw from the city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The welcome was warm and professional, with a helpful and friendly staff.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location.
The breakfast was varied and plentiful, a real bonus for starting the day off right.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to discover Lille in excellent conditions!

GGuest UserEverything you needed was there, but not more. Very basic minimum. We were satisfied, the room was quite small, same the bathroom, but not too small. Personnel was friendly and check in and out times were good. It’s quite okay for the price, guess you won’t find better places for that price. It was clean and warm.
