董先生於3月22號晚上入住亞朵輕居酒店，在3月22號中午客人下來退房，很着急的説是高鐵時間快到了，有點着急，但是還要開發票，夥伴陌學聽到後，主動加上客人微信，方便開票，陌學詢問客人怎麼去高鐵，客人説要打車去，陌學聽到後，主動出去幫客人打好車，馬上就能走。客人聽到後，就立馬錶示了感謝！讓他覺得很貼心，瞬間就不急了。陌學送完客人上車後。隔了半個小時，客人打電話説，他的身份證件找不到了，讓幫忙看一下在不在房間，如果有，能不能幫忙送過來，因為來回拿東西，時間就來不及了。陌學聽到後，先安撫好客人，讓客人先不要着急，他先去房間找一下。隨後陌學就跑去了房間，找了一圈，在枕頭下面發現了客人的身份證件。因陌學自己有車，就開車幫客人送了過去，客人拿到身份證，表示真的是很感動，從一件小事，就能看出來亞朵的執行力，亞朵的温暖，讓他一直的選擇，都是正確的！

第一次選擇入住亞朵，酒店環境優雅，大廳有很多書可以閲讀，問了前台還可以帶進房間，好方便阿，房間的衞生打掃的也很乾凈，客用品的味道
好聞，淋浴的出水也很快，路過前台還會打招呼，房間隔音很棒，晚上有點忙，前台還幫忙洗衣服，體驗很好，服務的很熱情，還給我介紹附近美食，附近的商場還有個萬達可以玩，下次來臨汾還住這裏。

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，進到大廳就聞到好聞的香薰味道，工作人員還給我倒了一杯茶水，太暖心了，由於是一家人出來玩，老公帶孩子在遊樂園，我先來辦理入住，辦理完入住以後，老公打電話説孩子的鞋全部濕透了，沒辦法穿了，我急忙來到前台尋求幫助，前台小姑娘聽到我的訴求，急忙幫我拿了幾雙小童拖鞋以及酒店拖鞋，並表示酒店可以先煮點薑茶，等接到孩子回來先暖暖胃，畢竟玩了水，都濕了，怕後續感冒，我都還沒想到這一層，工作人員都已經想到我前面去了，太感謝了，還有酒店的房間太舒服了，而且阿姨打掃的房間也很乾凈，看我們用水多，還專門多放了幾瓶水，空調打開製冷很快，洗澡水出水也很快，床上用品也很好用，帶孩子去大廳看書，各種書籍琳琅滿目，而且整理的很乾凈，硬件設施很棒了，路上遇到工作人員都會主動打招呼，餐廳的早餐太豐富了，簡直吃不過來呀，太棒了，孩子玩耍回來的衣服，工作人員還幫忙洗乾淨衣服送到房間，服務簡直太棒了，下次過來玩還住這裏，很開心的一次入住體驗。

此次入住的亞朵感受特別好，首先還沒到酒店，就給我打電話，問我房間需求，樓層需求，暖心的很，入住的時候，工作人員發發現我走路不是很利索，主動詢問我需不需要幫忙，幫我搬行李，給我送紅花油，當天晚上還主動詢問要不要晚上的粥道，看我行動不便，還幫我把早餐送到房間，早餐超級豐盛，雖然沒去餐廳，工作人員送下來的也很好吃，因為當天下車的時候不小心崴腳了，工作人員真的超級細心，觀察客人的需求，而且酒店的床品超級舒服，尤其是床墊軟軟的，阿姨打掃的房間也很乾凈，很舒適，臨汾最近天氣很熱，房間的空調製冷效果超級好，客用品好用充足，淋浴的出水特別快，路上工作人員都會打招呼，房間的枕頭也很舒服，洗髮水包括護髮素超級好用好聞，讓人有購買慾望這麼細心的酒店，服務這麼好的酒店，下次還會過來入住。

經常入住亞朵，李先生一直很喜歡亞朵的服務，這次入住臨汾輕居，在車上孩子一直鬧着玩手機 ，到了酒店李先生才發現手機沒電了， 無法付打車費，於是找到前台尋求夥伴鄒賜的幫助，並向鄒賜説明瞭具體情況 ，鄒賜聽到情況沒有猶豫立馬出去付了車費 ， 還把孩子帶到了酒店前台 幫忙照顧，鄒賜主動到了茶水，還給孩子拿了小禮物，李先生感到亞朵服務真的太暖心了 ，一定推薦親朋好友體入住體驗。
