"I book a double bed room for 3 nights but the room that is given is old and musky. The bathroom is not as advertised. The floor is flooded wet from water from shower which is not hand held shower in the bath tub. Water stain and sticky carpet. The staff change us to a different room which is not much better. "Extremely comfortable, extremely satisfied. This is probably the best hotel experience I've had while traveling domestically in recent years. From the centuries-old, majestic exterior walls to the undoubtedly expensive interior design and brand-name facilities, it's clear a lot of thought and effort went into it. Beyond that, the service level is truly exceptional. Full-time butler service, airport transfers, and concierge services are all readily available. Although there are only about 20 rooms, it doesn't offer a set breakfast like other B&B hotels; instead, it provides a buffet with a strong local flavor. The complimentary photoshoot service was also excellent, with the photographer being very responsible and providing all the photo negatives. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I hope this hotel continues to thrive and prosper."

"The hotel has a good location with a large parking lot in front and the Jinlin Hotel (I think it's affiliated) next door. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient to stay here even though it's not in the city center. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming. The rooms are large and clean, but they face the main road, so it's a bit noisy with the windows open, but much quieter with them closed. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes, and tastes very good."
