Highly recommend the Ancient City Courtyard Museum Hotel, it's perfect for families with a 2-year-old! This hotel is a genuine Ming and Qing Dynasty Jin merchant's courtyard, meticulously restored and renovated. The grey bricks, dark tiles, and carved brickwork everywhere exude a sense of history. The courtyard is serene and offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle; there are no noisy crowds. The courtyard ground is flat and spacious, and the high walls provide excellent privacy, so you don't have to worry about strangers passing by or making noise. Toddlers can safely walk around and explore at their own pace, chasing sunlight and observing the greenery. The ubiquitous brick and stone carvings also offer visual stimulation for little ones, creating an immersive atmosphere. Located in the core area of the ancient city, the city wall is right outside. It's very close to all the city's attractions, saving you from long journeys and hassle with a young child. The rooms retain the original structure of the old house while being equipped with smart bathrooms and high-quality toiletries, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel provides special children's toiletries, the butler is gentle and accommodating, and the overall environment is quiet and peaceful. It's ideal for a 2-year-old's routine and rest, making it a very stress-free choice for a short family trip.

The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, well-ventilated and brightly lit, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast included staples like milk, eggs, millet porridge, steamed buns, and a few small side dishes. There's ample parking right in front of the guesthouse for several cars. The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Yunchu Mountain Scenic Area ticket entrance and also very close to its main parking lot. There are several restaurants nearby. We tried Jiudama Sichuan Cuisine, recommended by the owner, and it was absolutely delicious. The guesthouse owner was incredibly hospitable and attentive. He was very knowledgeable about the Yunchu Mountain Scenic Area and offered us many excellent sightseeing tips. He even went out of his way to drive me to the scenic area's parking lot to charge my car, and the next morning, he personally drove us back to pick it up. He truly runs his guesthouse with exceptional care and dedication.

Facilities: Very good. The 1.8-meter bed room is large enough, with a sofa and coffee table, and a small balcony. The rooms next to each other cannot see each other unless the side curtains are opened. The slippers are of a kind that can be worn for a period of time. The quality is considered Very good. The slippers used for bathing are very clean and new. The details are great! The room is fully intelligent and has a skylight so you can see the starry sky, right above the bed. It's basically at the top of the mountain. It is only a few dozen meters away from the highest point. There is a car to pick you up the mountain. I also saw some people driving up. The hotel has a large viewing platform which is also very good. There are a lot of bugs in summer. Another way to go up the mountain is to take a ferry, but you have to walk a lot of climbing and stairs. But I also experienced it. It’s such a feeling of enlightenment. If you don’t have children, the ferry would be beautiful. Hygiene: The glass is very bright, the room does not smell of smoke, the toilet does not smell of sewer, the toilet is smart, the sink has no water stains, there is a wooden comb in a gift bag, and the slippers are placed in a sealed bag , extremely clean. Environment: You can see the stars while lying on the bed. From the small outdoor balcony, you can see the lights of Jishan Town in the distance, listen to the rain and watch the sunrise and sunset. The cool breeze blowing on the hotel platform has a nice view of the mountain top. There are just a lot of bugs. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent. After all, there are many trees and grass, and there are all kinds of little black bugs. The food we eat is most inconsistent with the national conditions. I feel that the sausages and chips are not as good as our fried dough sticks, tofu, pancakes and other Chinese breakfasts. Eating here always feels bland, just what kids like. However, it is understandable that it may be difficult to transport food in the mountains. I recommend the grilled fish for dinner and the shrimp and eggs for lunch. These two are particularly delicious. Service: There are free tickets and ferry tickets for the ropeway🚡, but I didn’t know about it carefully before going. I wanted to experience the ropeway with my children, but I didn’t expect that the ropeway is still a long way from the hotel. Walking and carrying the baby up and down even though it is a horizontal translation, it can be tiring. dead. It is tiring to let children experience the ice cave. After all, it is a mountain. Even if there is a ferry ropeway, it still takes more than half an hour to walk with children. The overall feeling is that of comfort and relaxation.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Since we were traveling with a child, any items we needed during our stay were quickly delivered to our room after calling the front desk. There's also a simple children's play area on the fourth floor. The only downsides are the lack of a laundry room and a swimming pool. Cleanliness: The hotel, from the entrance and lobby to the rooms, was very clean. For those traveling with children, hygiene is paramount, and we felt completely at ease here. Environment: Located within the Yunqiu Mountain scenic area, there's a shuttle bus right outside the hotel, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. Service: The service was exceptional. From help with luggage and check-in guidance at the entrance, to being escorted to our room, and staff at the front desk and hotel entrance guiding us to the shuttle bus – every step was thoughtful and thorough. They were always happy to answer any questions. Special mention goes to the lovely manager at the front desk, who, upon seeing we had a child, proactively arranged free breakfast for our child the next day – a gesture that truly sets this hotel apart from most. She also provided a detailed explanation of the scenic area's routes and schedule using a map, including where to take cable cars, buses, and shuttles, and estimated visiting times for each section. Even without prior planning, we had a clear itinerary. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation in Yunqiu Mountain!

There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, which is quite convenient. However, the surrounding area of the hotel is slightly deserted and not very convenient. There is no upgrade when checking in, but it doesn't matter if one person. I also want to see this star bed room~ The room is still quite big, it is more distinctive, more in line with the theme, but the overall lighting is dark, more suitable for couples, not suitable for business trips. The breakfast of this orange is quite good, the restaurant has a lot of space, the dishes are also rich, the service is good, the lamb soup is quite good, you can try it. In summary: breakfast is good, service is OK, overall suitable for couples.

The room decoration and facilities are very good; we arrived very late, the dark road is not easy to find, the young lady received by the hotel also rode a small eDonkey to pick us up, and was very patient to help us solve the problem; breakfast was also very good. However, why are there so many ”fart bugs” (bed bugs) in the room? ? ! ! This is really unbearable, the living room, bathroom, bedroom, can't be caught at all, and will fly! ! The county really wants to find a way to deworm, otherwise it will affect your tourism development too much!

I booked a stay at Yishengyisu, and they offer two room types: a LOFT and a standard room with a balcony. I arrived quite early in the morning, and the front desk told me they had reserved the LOFT for me. However, when I checked in, the front desk didn't say anything and just gave me a standard room with a balcony instead 🫤. I was really looking forward to the LOFT room type. Plus, there were cigarette butts on the room's balcony from the previous guest. Aside from that, the environment, dining, and hot springs in Kangjiaping Village were all pretty good. Overall, I'd rate the environment 5 stars, and the front desk 4 stars.

The hotel's service was okay, but the paint on the walls of the room was peeling off, and the toilet in the bathroom was terrible. It didn't match the room rate at all, and it was a waste of such a large hotel. The parking was convenient, but many of the floor tiles were broken.
