晚上十一點左右到的酒店，提前告知説已經留好房了前台服務還可以。辦理入住之後，進入房間有異味，然後就是廁所地面有拖布拖過的頭髮絲存在，上廁所期間浴室牆邊出現黑色指甲蓋大小蟲子，正好因為空調關不了前台來了幫忙關，也告知房子有蟲子也沒有給做換房處理，就是説找找吧可能已經順着下水道爬走了，然後看到我自來水燒的水壺溢了，説他們酒店自來水鹼大不要用，而且自來水溢水容易斷電，我用自來水是為了給壺消毒！這時桌面地上都有，也沒有説人保潔來清潔，我自己用紙巾擦，那紙一擦桌面，紙巾上都是黑灰。我衹能説這酒店服務人員處理問題不考慮客人感受，已經提出有蟲子，也不做處理，導致我們沒敢用浴室洗澡害怕蟲子出來，拖鞋都是原地在衣櫃放着？還有衞生極差，我自己用消毒濕巾擦了一遍房間桌面跟床頭都是黑灰，而且房間異味很大，評論的好評應該是刷出來的，入住的甚選！！！不要做什麼五一期間的狡辯話語，不接受。

房間很乾凈，服務態度好。環境也不錯，很滿意！
