Linfen Yaodu District Hotels

This hotel may seem expensive, but it really is worth it. Super clean public areas and super clean rooms. Bright, light and with a large tv (which you can stream from your phone / laptop) , desk, fridge, kettle, etc... The toilet has a bidet feature which is great. The location is opposite street food vendors and Linfen park. There is no noise from them, so don't worry about it. But it is around a 30min walk / 5 min car to the nearest shopping area, so I'll mark it down a little on location. Facilities are great, great laundry room that also has little items like a lint roller, wool pilling remover, color catching sheets etc... are all provided.  The gym has two technogym treadmills and a rowing machine and bike. All great quality but the gym has no weights at all.  But the cardio machines are very high quality.  Service is great. everyone is super attentive and polite.  The bed is high quality and pillows are lovely. USB A and USB C on each side of the bed.  Wifi is very good and fast, I was able to remote play into my PS5 without issue (just use the streaming TV wifi)  There's a separate desk also. The shower and toilet are separated which means one can shower while the other person can still use the toilet. Towels are great too.  There is one issue I found was that the room was too hot and the AC didn't do much, the staff gave me a desk fan which was helpful.  This hotel may seem costly, especially as many other hotels in Linfen have good reviews, but this is my third hotel in Linfen and this hotel is worth it. If you don't care about the weights in gym then you don't need to think about it and book this place. 

Good location and convenient transportation. Room facilities are basically complete. But encountering a few problems affects the experience. 1. Poor hot water for bathing at night: due to the itinerary, check in at 10 o'clock in the evening, the hot water temperature is less than 36 degrees under the hottest situation, the skin feeling is obviously slightly cool (but not pure cold water), and it does not become hot when washed; 2. The hair dryer is not easy to use: normal use will automatically stop due to overheating, and it can continue to be used after a few minutes of static (explained by the front desk staff of the night shift), that is too unfriendly to the long-haired lady; 3. Poor customer service at night: contact the front desk due to poor hot water, the male staff at the front desk said ”the water has not been hot yet, send someone to see it later”, and the result has not been contacted. Even if the customer complaint cannot be solved, it is not suitable for people to say ”no sound, no image”. Another: The staff in the day shift the next day were normal, warm and thoughtful. This trip to Linyi is actually very satisfied. The attractions are very ”amazing”, the service is very warm, and the ”passers” are also very friendly. Only if you encounter problems in the hotel, you are still tired after a day. It is recommended to improve, don't give Damei Linyi points. But this will not affect my extremely good impression of Shanxi (the second time), Linyi, and will come again! I highly recommend Datong and Linyi, and it is recommended that Linyi choose to rent a car for self-driving.

The breakfast is great👍👍The room is new and warm, with an electric heated toilet, lights and curtains controlled by Xiaodu, and our two bottles of water were not enough, so the aunt brought us 6 more bottles. We filled our car with windshield washer fluid in the parking lot, and the parking lot attendant took the initiative to help us and took away the garbage (plastic bottles). Overall service 👍👍

房間比較大，還有個辦公桌子，椅子麪是鬆緊帶的，夏天勒的臀部一條條。房間內設施略顯老派，倒是比較新的。床鋪舒適，枕頭太軟，乾淨衞生，不過床罩為什麼這麼大，可以當毯子用，主要是收起來太佔地方。衞生間不太大，乾濕分離，熱水不錯，洗漱用品齊全。服務態度還可以，純凈水一次就送了4瓶，省的一趟趟去要。 早餐也比較豐盛，有8，9個菜，幾種粥，臊子麪，煎蛋，主食缺少包子，味道還可以。 周邊環境不太好總結，樓下一條街都是吃飯的地方，旁邊的包子鋪還可以，其他飯店評分不高，估計味道一般。除此之外周邊主要是居民樓，沒有可以逛的。打車倒是還算方便，十字路口經常有出租在等。

The hotel service is great! The waiter was warm and considerate. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the enthusiastic waiter brought free coffee and hot orange juice. The hotel manager also personally helped us with our luggage and took us to the room. The room is clean and tidy, and all the facilities are intelligent. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, especially the bedding is comfortable, making it feel like home. There was also a dedicated driver to pick us up from the parking lot to the basement. For dinner in the evening, the hotel manager drove us to a local restaurant for dinner, which was very considerate! The breakfast at the hotel is also good, with everything from hot and cold dishes to fruits, wontons, noodles, etc. All in all, I am very satisfied with the hotel's star service! And the hotel price is absolutely worth every penny! Will come again when I come to Lafen!

It is convenient to take the bus to reach the hotel from the high-speed rail station, but it is a bit far to walk to the hotel after getting off the train. If you bring a large suitcase, it is best to call Amap for a taxi instead of taking a taxi, which is a pitfall. The hotel is fully equipped, the water pressure is sufficient, the room has no smell, and the overall feeling is very good! The front desk staff were polite and willing to answer questions about the trip and give useful reminders. Thumbs up!

The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items, especially some freshly cooked food. Although there is no coffee in the drinks, there is a vending machine for freshly brewed coffee in the lobby, which is nice. The hotel is located near the Drum Tower. The alley opposite the main gate is the Drum Tower East Street, which is lined with businesses and has convenient transportation. There are also many restaurants with local characteristics in the surrounding streets and alleys, such as Fushan Shaomai Restaurant, to choose from.

Facilities: The room is very smart, with Xiaodu that can control the TV, curtains, lights and air conditioning, and a robot that delivers things, very convenient Hygiene: The hotel is a 3.5 version of Hanting. The room is clean with a large bay window and the mattress is very comfortable. Environment: There are restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies around. Service: The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and responsive. The service is very fast. Breakfast: The breakfast is rich with many varieties, including handmade buns and spicy soup, which is really good.
