服務基本等於沒有，房間有蚊子，但是沒蚊香。 衞生很糟糕……哎看着挺乾淨的、但是細節很臟、真的、毛巾根本不敢用。

很無語啊 我一共住了兩個晚上 一個電競酒店 一個正常房間 電競酒店信號巨差 聯繫客服 客服沒辦法來 因為過年 我沒計較 第二個酒店 昨天突然斷電 過一會又好了。第三 酒店花灑水流特別特別小 第四 我還沒退房 被告知今天不能續住了 聯繫客服 客服説已經在網上被訂完了 不是 我都還沒退房 已經被訂完了 那我如果還想繼續續住怎麼辦？ 不能住了 這意思 打個cf都能跳40多 能打啥

衞生情況不好，廁所馬桶沒打掃乾淨有污漬和頭髮，枕頭髮黃，床單上有頭髮渣子，遙控器是裂開的，
