Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

I redeemed the points for welcome fruit. It was not bad. It was an old hotel, but the service facilities and other aspects were good. It was good to have 6 bottles of water in the room. The view at night was also OK.

Many business trips, Lanou Hotel is my first choice in Linyi! The decoration of the hotel is very stylish, and the details are exquisite, such as the murals and desk lamps in the room, which are very artistic. The bed was very comfortable, and I was tired for a day on a business trip and I could relax when I lay down. The front desk sunshine service is efficient, and you don't have to wait too long for check-in and check-out. There are many Linyi specialty restaurants around. It is very convenient to eat supper at night. The price is super high and highly recommended!

Service is super intimate: from the smile greetings at the front desk when checking in, to the staff who take the initiative to help with the luggage, even the room aunt will remember to put an extra set of toiletries according to my habits, and the details are directly controlled! • Environment super healing: The room opens the window to be the night view of the city, the sound insulation effect is absolutely perfect, and the window is instantly isolated from the noise. The mattress is just soft and hard, the quilt has the smell of sunshine, and even the aroma of the bathroom is super tasteful.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from Harmony Square and Taisheng Square, which are located in the center of Linyi. The accommodation room is relatively small, the bed is good, I sleep more comfortably, and it is very clean. However, the sound insulation of the windows is not very good, and you can hear the noise from outside.

From the prime location to the friendly and attentive staff, the delicious breakfast, and the impeccable cleanliness—everything exceeded expectations. If you're travelling to Linyi, I strongly recommend this hotel. A truly enjoyable and comfortable stay!

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Linyi. It’s conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport, making it a very practical choice for travelers. The hotel has a charming Chinese style that gives it a unique local touch. The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a restful night after a long day of travel. Although the reception staff doesn’t speak English, they were extremely kind and helpful, always doing their best to assist me with anything I needed. Overall, this hotel was perfect for my trip. It had everything I needed: a good location, cleanliness, and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Linyi in the future.

The hotel is located in the Lanshan District of City, adjacent to Taisheng Plaza and Vientiane Hui, shopping and entertainment are all available. The room is quiet and comfortable, the decoration style is classic and modern, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the smart facilities are convenient and practical. In terms of hygiene, the cleaning is meticulous, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is no smell. Fully equipped and complete gym equipment. The service is intimate and thoughtful, the front desk staff is warm and efficient, take the initiative to push the play message, and also give fruit. The breakfast category is rich, with two or thirty choices such as buns, noodles, wontons and so on, to meet multiple tastes. The hotel has ample parking spaces for free parking. The overall cost performance is high and it is recommended.

Hotel location is good, close to a particularly large lake or river, beautiful scenery, accommodation parking is very convenient. I only found out that the night view of Linyi is really beautiful, so that I have time to calm down and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window for a day. The front desk service was very good, gave us the highest floor, so that I can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Dalinyi, thank you very much.
