The front desk service is fantastic. I booked a room for my client, and they absolutely love this hotel. They choose this place almost every time they visit. The service is excellent, and the facilities are great. The breakfast is also very satisfying, with a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the room is fully equipped, making it comfortable for work with very comfortable chairs. It's a truly excellent hotel.

The hotel has an elegant environment, warm and thoughtful service, clean and comfortable rooms, super comfortable bedding, and I slept until dawn. The location is also very convenient. Wanda is just a short distance away. I will come again next time!

My stay at Kaiyuan Mingdu was excellent! A special shout-out to the handsome gentleman at the front desk. He handled the check-in process efficiently and courteously, always with a smile. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about breakfast times, parking, and local directions, and even proactively informed me about the hotel's convenient services. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It was precisely because of his thoughtful service that all my travel fatigue melted away. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

Everything about this hotel was great. The location is convenient within the business district. Decoration of the room is nice and also spacious. Amenities provided was good quality. The breakfast selection became a bit repetitive but overall acceptable. The pool and gym is connected to the larger office building so was a bit busy but glad we were able to access it.

I haven't written much about the hotel's evaluation on a lot of business trips. I wrote this time: The hotel is fully equipped with a super large projection screen, a very spacious balcony, and a lot of space! The sheets and quilts are very clean, and the toiletries, especially the toothbrush, are good. The surrounding environment is quite convenient, it should be considered a very comfortable life circle. The customer service attitude is very good. We extended it to a little more than because of the itinerary. We gave it a very intimate extension. We can book this one again next time we come here.

I've never left a negative review before, but I still felt uncomfortable a day later, so this bad review goes to the front desk receptionist, Wang Yuchen. 1: There were many people smoking in the lobby, and the staff seemed to turn a blind eye (I understand that the hotel is connected to a restaurant, and restaurant guests are difficult to manage, but for guests who hate smoke, it's really terrible). 2: The hotel's service was very poor. Ms. Wang at the front desk even said that 90% of their business is government-related, making it feel like they don't need individual guests like us at all. 3: The lobby was bustling and noisy; it's not suitable for people who like peace and quiet. Also, on two separate noons, I encountered shouting, drunk people in the hotel. 4: Breakfast ended at 9:30 AM, and around 9:10 AM, many food labels were already removed. Moreover, the breakfast staff's management was surprisingly poor. Around 9:20 AM, many staff members were already packing up bread, cakes, and various dishes, and from their conversations, it sounded like they were taking them home... Honestly, for frequent hotel guests like us, these things aren't entirely unacceptable. After all, there were many small highlights during our stay, such as the kind cleaning lady, the tall male receptionist who was also nice, the clean kids' play area, and despite being an older hotel, the well-equipped facilities were still quite good. Every dish we ordered at the Yugefang restaurant was super delicious, and so on. However, could you please consider reassigning Wang Yuchen from the front desk? She is not suitable for a front desk role. Her state-owned enterprise employee mentality and self-centered attitude are more suited for a back-office management position. She not only lacks problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence but also causes trouble for colleagues. Her stern face and stiff way of speaking made it seem as if I owed her money. Ugh, while editing this message, I wanted to give 1 star, but when I rated it on Ctrip, I still gave scores based on the actual conditions of the environment, facilities, and hygiene. I consider myself a kind person, which just goes to show how bad Wang Yuchen's service was. Looking at other negative reviews, many mention poor service, and I suspect she might be the reason behind many of them.

The Atour Hotel on Beijing Road in Linyi offers an excellent experience! The location is superb with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, paired with memory foam pillows for an incredibly good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with a great variety of Chinese and Western options. The front desk service is warm, attentive, and very responsive. The facilities are comprehensive, including a 24-hour library, gym, and self-service laundry room. It offers great value for money and is my top choice for business trips or travel. Highly recommended!

非常好，因為晚上還在琅琊古城遊玩，客服專門打電話和我確認，並留了車位。房間很温暖，也很安靜。水壓比較大，洗漱舒服。帶了孩子去，前台還送了小童拖鞋和牙刷。早餐也很豐盛。退房時還送了温熱的純凈水！下次再來臨沂必須首選！
