Lan Ou is as good as ever. I arrived in the early morning. This is a new store. The guy at the front desk is warm and cute. The security guard is also very kind. They took me to identify the charging pile. The charging pile is around the back of the hotel. . The room is clean and tidy. The toilet is fully automatic and very convenient. There is plenty of water and hot water when taking a shower (I have to praise it). The breakfast has many varieties and the stir-fried chicken is very delicious. I was also given a bowl of soup. I will come again next time~

This stay experience far exceeded expectations, and must give a sincere praise! The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding business district is lively but quiet. As soon as I entered the lobby, the elegant fragrance and soft jazz instantly relieved people of their fatigue. The most amazing is the city view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the lights are picturesque when they first come on. Breakfast is a Chinese and Western buffet, rich in variety to choose difficult! The freshly cooked beef noodle soup is rich in mellow bottoms, and the sun egg fire of the egg stall master is perfect. The restaurant waiter will help to renew the coffee quickly, and the service will not be excessively disturbed.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

Our family, traveling with children, stayed in Linyi for 3 days and 2 nights. We pre-booked the Pullman, and Bailey specifically arranged two adjoining rooms for us. Our child is already 11, so we definitely needed two king beds. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Xin Langya, just a 5-10 minute walk away. There are all sorts of great food options nearby, and breakfast is also very accessible. The service was excellent, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily. They even provided 6 bottles of water, which was a nice touch, especially since we drink more in the summer – kudos to them! The room amenities also met five-star standards. Even though the hotel is by the river and close to a main road, it was surprisingly quiet at night; we weren't disturbed at all, which is another big plus. The view from the window was beautiful, and our child even enjoyed a bath in the room. It would be perfect if the room rate included a complimentary breakfast buffet in the future. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

A very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

The room is nice, the environment and service are good. The hot spring is terrible, it feels like it will be closed at any time. There are only a few small pools indoors, and two bathtub-sized pools outdoors. There is no swimming pool, and no area for children to play in the water. It really feels like it will be closed at any time. There is basically no one in the rest area on the second floor, and the gym has two treadmills, a bicycle, and a back stretching machine... nothing else. The breakfast is average, there is no local noodles, the fried dough sticks taste wrong, and there is no ice cubes on hot days. If you want to play nearby, it is recommended to stay here, but if you want to play in the water, it is recommended to go to other places, anyway, the place is not big, it can be driven for ten minutes.
