Absolutely amazing, incredibly good value for money! The hygiene is excellent, with fresh linens and towels for every guest. The hotel's toiletries are not cheap substitutes, and since we had a child with us, they even provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes. The service was also incredibly warm and friendly. I accidentally used my power card instead of my room key when leaving, and when I came back, I couldn't get in. A lovely lady from the front building ran over to open the door for us – I was so touched! Every service interaction was so welcoming. Upon check-in, they brought us complimentary fruit, drinks, and snacks. The next morning, as soon as we opened the door, there was mineral water and fruit waiting outside – they are truly thoughtful! The self-service breakfast is also very rich; you absolutely *must* try the 'shan' (porridge/soup), and the lamb soup truly surprised me, haha, it was fantastic! All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely choose Ronghua again next time.
