Although the reception staff doesn’t speak English, they were extremely kind and helpful, always doing their best to assist me with anything I needed. Overall, this hotel was perfect for my trip. 房間的設施和衞生都還可以 我是晚上十點左右才入住的，但是一進房間就是很濃重的煙味，甚至於第二天起床一醒來被子上都是煙味，令人很不舒服，我覺得乾淨無味才是標配，窗户和排風扇在沒人的時候都是可以打開散味的 在詢問民宿有什麼解決方案的時候，是給到我衞生間開排風扇以及開窗開空調風循環，這不應該是客人去操作的，奔波一天到酒店就是想直接休息的 無人自助入住，但是需要自行先聯繫酒店方，加他們聯繫方式再給到入住方式 以上是我提出的應改良的地方，情況均屬實希望採納改進
