特別差，首先一進門房間特別味，辦入住的時候前面一個客人就已經換了三個房間，我們兩間房都有味道，找了客房服務解決就是給點香，其次洗澡水流非常非常小，轉天吃早餐我們兩間房四大一小，門口一個服務員追着要小孩錢，不給不行，説這是規定，主要是吃的非常非常差，而且基本已經沒有吃的了，現場幾波客人都在吵沒有吃的了，服務員還在追我們收錢，主要是你有吃的你找我們收錢也行，你不去看看自己還有什麼，大家避坑吧，十一出來住的最差的沒有之一

套房是兩房一廳，設施不錯，有交流空間，如果主卧再多個衞生間、不對着馬路就更好了。
服務態度很好，前台還有檸檬、梔子、菊花等自泡茶。
離洹河比想象中遠，開車才行。

房間面積足夠大40平方米，周邊景觀也很好有洹河圍繞，硬件設施符合4星級酒店，房間有小冰箱，床品也非常舒適，很安靜，尤其是酒店的早餐負責煮餛燉和麪的阿姨為酒店的優質服務增色不少，值得表揚👍，對待每位客人就像家人一樣親切熱情❤️而且是發自內心的。前台服務也很周到，唯一不足的是房間收看電視需要付費觀看，這恐怕是不符合四星級酒店的標準吧？投屏看APP很方便無需掃二維碼

位置不在市區，旁邊有個小公園，停車很方便，有充電樁，酒店很新，設施還算完善，但就是因為太新味道很大，一夜都沒有關窗户，服務人員能力有待加強，拖鞋一晚上都沒送來！

來林州紅旗渠旅遊，選擇了距離大峽谷高速口最近的這家酒店，房間乾淨，夜景不錯，還有一條河在酒店旁邊，偶爾會看見鳥，聽酒店工作人員講是白鷺，周邊生態環境不錯！
