I was actually checking into a standard room, not a deluxe room, yet the standard room price on Ctrip was only 227 yuan! They surprisingly replied that they hadn't lied to me, saying they were just unfamiliar with the service and made a mistake. Haha, this isn't the first time they've ripped me off! This is clearly fraud! Just because we're ***, does that mean you can't be honest? Can you just rip off tourists? Who would dare to travel to your country in the future?
