We booked this guesthouse on Trip.com in advance for our self-driving trip to the Taihang Grand Canyon during the Spring Festival. The overall experience was warm and hassle-free. The owner provides butler-style service, proactively calling to confirm our needs before our arrival and even coming to the parking lot to help with our luggage after we got there. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The guesthouse is located on the north side of Linzhou Taihang Grand Canyon, only 5 kilometers from the scenic area, making it very convenient for self-driving. There's a public parking lot about 1 kilometer south that supports EV charging, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. I stayed in a lake-view king room, which came with a huge scenic balcony offering an expansive view directly facing the beautiful Taihang mountain scenery. The views in the morning and evening were particularly therapeutic. The only minor drawback was that the indoor space was a bit compact, and the bathroom layout was similar to an RV design – fully functional but a bit cramped. The dining experience was a big plus. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, with a rich variety of fresh ingredients that tasted simple yet delicious. The guesthouse also offers lunch and dinner, with authentic local flavors and good value for money. What delighted my child the most was a gentle and friendly dog living at the guesthouse, which added a lot of fun to our trip. Overall, it's a cozy guesthouse very suitable for family road trips and getting closer to nature.

Originally planned to stay for one night, but stayed for three nights. First of all, the service attitude of this homestay is super good and responsive. The boss also designed a guide for us to save time and effort. Secondly, the surrounding environment is beautiful and very quiet. The decoration of the homestay is very bone-based, the furnishings are exquisite, and it feels like home. Again, the location is right, located in the core of Taihang Grand Canyon, slate rock town, about one kilometer away from the town, it is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions, in short, it is recommended

I thought of playing in the Red Banner Canal, and I chose this one after seeing that the hotel evaluation was not bad. The boss is very enthusiastic, helping to introduce travel guides, and also introducing problems related to eating. The room is very hygienic, no smell, and the layout is simple and generous. Hot water is sufficient. Very quiet at night, the bed was very comfortable to sleep, and I slept until dawn. There is its own parking lot and parking is very convenient. Eating around is also OK.

This stay was a pleasant surprise; the hotel upgraded me to a balcony room free of charge. The view was expansive and the scenery was exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was provided, but the selection was rather limited; it was filling but not particularly varied. Overall, there's room for improvement in cleanliness, which I hope will be addressed in future updates. Overall, the experience was quite good, and the price was reasonable.

Originally booked a basic room type, but after arriving at the store, the boss directly helped us upgrade to the viewing room, and also intimately introduced the surrounding food and play guides. The upgraded room is really amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows can see the mountain view in the distance, the night is very quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The overall decoration of the homestay is very stylish and the atmosphere is full. The sanitation is spotless, all equipped with disposable supplies, and the details are full. High cost performance, highly recommended to friends who want to come here to relax!

During the holiday, I came to the mountains with my good friends. In the few days of slate in Linxian County, the luckiest thing was to choose this homestay! From the moment I got off the bus, I was amazed. I looked up to the layers of Taihang Mountain. The clouds and mists seemed to live in ink paintings. The proprietress of the hotel is super beautiful, super welcoming, and the room is cleaner than the photo! The viewing room we live in is simply a treasure! The window is facing the canyon. I was awakened by birds in the morning. I opened the curtains and saw the sun spilling on the top of the mountain. In the evening, I sat on the chair downstairs and watched the sunset glow and dyed the red sky. Even my breathing became comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding on the bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept very soundly at night. Special emphasis! ! ! The boss's cooking skills are awesome! ! ! I have already missed it! And the amount is large and affordable! The proprietress also enthusiastically recommended us the route to play, telling us where the scenery is the most beautiful, when to take pictures and the best light, so that our itinerary has taken a lot of detours. On the day we left, the proprietress also sent us a small bag of home-grown peppers, saying that we should take it back to taste the taste of the mountains. This trip to slate, because this homestay has become more complete, not only enjoying the beautiful scenery of the mountains, but also feeling the simplicity and enthusiasm of the mountains. My experience at the Shanhua Haishu Hotel was absolutely fantastic! Nestled in the Taihang Mountain valley, the environment is serene and peaceful. Opening the window offers breathtaking panoramic mountain views. In the early morning, the mist rolling in is incredibly refreshing and therapeutic. The hotel service was warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they even proactively helped with luggage and recommended sightseeing routes. The room features a smart home system throughout, with new and comprehensive facilities, including a Dyson hairdryer and excellent audio-visual equipment. The cleanliness was exceptional, with soft and spotless bedding, a bathroom with a perfect wet/dry separation, and not a speck of dust in any corner. Staying here felt incredibly safe and comfortable.

Staying in the off-season, I turned on the floor heating and air conditioning, and took me to Gaojiatai Village to play, thank you very much. The Grand Canyon in winter is relatively deserted, but the mountains are still beautiful when the weather is good. Outside normal attractions, it is recommended to climb Luban Huo, Taihang Tianlu can walk three kilometers in front, and the villages and terraces on the cliff side are very distinctive.
