***。披着四星皮的末等三星。如果在糾結是選擇它還是選擇熟悉的三星，請毫不猶豫的選擇您熟悉的三星酒店。
1.進房間掀開被子發現毛髮，要求客房阿姨換新的床單被罩，得到回覆:阿姨五點已下班。帶着去換另一件房間，被罩依舊不乾淨。告訴我房間有限，要不就退房吧。最後要來新的床單被罩自己換的。也不知道在旅遊旺季的大晚上想讓我去哪住，可能是想讓我睡大街吧。
2.四星酒店用着幾毛錢的水，老闆也是找到了比冰露更具性價比的水了。得虧是格林豪泰下的酒店，不然我還得擔心是不是老闆在自家後院的水槽裏順手接的自來水。就這樣的水也不能多用，家庭裝衹能多給兩瓶。
3.家庭房兩套枕頭，兩雙拖鞋，兩份牙具，兩包茶。讓我想起了嚴監生當年也是舉着兩根手指堅持了很久才放下。
打了個擦邊球靠設施（家庭房沒冰箱，馬桶一次連一泡尿都沖不乾淨）當上攜程四星，在其餘用品上偷工減料，很標準的資本家

酒店就在路口，和全季挨着，地上地下都有停車場，房間很大很乾凈，晚上睡的挺舒服，不過下水道有點反味，早上起來有點難聞，沒有在酒店吃早餐，樓下就是特色扁粉菜，吃着真棒

算是老資格出遊定酒店了，第一次為金鑽會員兑換早餐、續住等事情投訴12345市長熱線和酒店集團．我們是因酒店一是格林酒店集團旗下酒店，其是林州高檔酒店榜第一名選擇入住的．入住我們遇到問題前台不是很積極協調解決，另是在我找有關部門協商3個多小時酒店始終沒有負責人出面．投訴返回訊息酒店還不是格林酒店集團旗下的（籌備中）這是誤導消費者選擇行為．請酒店負責人給個説法！咖啡機是擺設，問了前台説貨未到，也沒有補救措施！早餐7:15到7:55缺熱菜沒補上，餐廳就3人！嚴重懷疑這高檔第一怎麼評上的！

房間智能控制，直接招呼“小度小度”即可。客房服務送紙或水，機器人送到門口，很方便。洗漱區、淋浴、衞生間分開，很方便。比較滿意。衹有一台電梯，但國慶假期裏也還好，沒有擁擠和等候時間過長
