房間環境整體不錯，帶個桌子吃個烤肉火鍋都很方便，老闆服務態度很不錯，已經是第N次的選擇了，

酒店外觀很漂亮，但前台電話不同時段打了4個，衹接了一個，訂的兩個30方觀景大床房，和平台給出的照片出入較大，可能是拍攝宣傳的角度限定。其實衹有一個可能勉強到30方，另一個大概12方不到的樣子，進屋一張床，問前台前台就沉默了。這個小的房間空調特別差，晚上0度，不給調房間，但給加了床被子，第二天問了住的長者才知道一夜空調不熱，長者的關節凍得疼痛，影響了第二天行程。30方的房間環境還不錯，到裏發現兩衹臭蟲，一衹在床上，一衹在衞生間。。怎麼説呢，衹能説咱們這邊旅遊業還是有待提升，南方的話這個價位的真不至於這樣，太行山的風光很好，但這次住宿體驗真的很不好。。。

房間裏面兩張床，其中那張大床應該有2m×2m5。真的超級大，而且晚上住的特別舒服。唯一的缺點就是沒有窗户，屋裡不開空調的話很悶。

真的很差勁，要不是因為定不到房間也不會入住，300對於這種房間和服務真的不值，早上不到十點，服務員敲了兩下門直接開門進來，我還沒説能不能進，而且門口外面都是遊客，我老公和孩子都還在睡覺，我問她讓她進來了？她硬説敲了很長時間，態度太差了，我又不是聾子，敲門很長時間我聽不見？退房12點之前，你10點進來啥意思，這不是服務差，是沒素質，當時還有孩子在，我也就沒跟老闆説，衹想趕緊走，真的太差，因為這種服務，以後不會再住民宿了。希望大家別踩雷！太噁心了，
