Hillside Retreat

The stay was very comfortable, the environment was great, the boss was very nice and friendly, and he paid attention to every detail. The next day, he had friends coming over and invited me to have dinner with him, so I was very grateful. The boss's service attitude is very good, and the pick-up and drop-off are on time. Not only does he pick up and drop off at the high-speed rail station, but he also drives a shuttle bus to the intersection to take you back to the B&B after playing at night. On the first night, there was a rooster crowing not far from the window, and I couldn't sleep well. After reporting the problem, the boss immediately arranged to change rooms to solve it. I slept very well on the second night. The accommodation environment is clean and tidy, with complete items, and it takes the needs of guests into consideration more than star-rated hotels. The toilet and bathroom are two separate spaces, which is very convenient. The breakfast is very heartwarming, and the handmade noodles are very delicious!

Environment: Near the innermost rice field of the Dong village, it is far from the entrance of the village, but the boss will pick you up and drop you off throughout the whole process, so it is quite convenient. It's very quiet at night, as long as the neighbors are not too noisy. Service: Great, the boss is very enthusiastic, he will pick you up at Congjiang High-speed Railway Station and see you off when you leave. The breakfast is super delicious, the rice noodles are really better than those in restaurants. The boss is a member of the Dong ethnic group. When we asked him about the drum towers and other things we saw on the road, he would give us a brief description. When we go out to play, the boss will take us to the vicinity of the Drum Tower. Hygiene: Very clean, no odor, the bathroom, bed and floor are very clean, and the disposable items are of good quality. Facilities: The furniture is made of wood, which is nice for taking photos, and it is not cold. We came here in early April, and the village was a bit cool at night. Once the two air conditioners in the house were turned on, it became warm instantly. Very satisfied! I will consider staying here next time I come to Dong Village.

The location is 5 points because their homestay has transportation, which is very convenient if you want to bring the elderly and children to play. The service attitude is 10 points. Xiao Yang and the uncle are very nice. If I don't find a better hotel, I will be willing to return to this homestay. There is also a washing machine in the room, which is a plus.

I travel frequently and rarely review hotels and B&Bs, but this time I have to talk about my feelings. First of all, the boss's service is really great. From booking to check-out, he provides all kinds of information and car pick-up and drop-off anytime and anywhere. The breakfast has a rich variety and tastes great, just like home! Secondly, the hotel is located close to the village and on a higher ground. The bedding is of good quality. It is the best sleep I have had so far on this trip. The surroundings are very quiet, and the room facilities are complete and perfect, with smart toilets, disposable toilet covers, toiletries, etc. Another thing worth noting is that the scenery of rice fields and houses outside the window is very nice. We came a week late, and it would have been beautiful if we had arrived just in time for the rape flowers to bloom!

The B&B is on the top of the mountain, with a great view, and away from the hustle and bustle of the bars on the main street of the scenic area. The owner's service is also very good. He picked me up from the high-speed rail station and sent me back to the high-speed rail station after the fun. The weather was cold, so he took me shopping for clothes. It was a very good experience.
