The hotel is located in the very good area in Lisbon, great restaurants, supermarkets, subway 🚇 Line Green, all you need is near. The staff are perfect, the receptionist was very helpful with us. The hotel have a lift, a big room and bathroom too, 24hours open, very clean, all perfect! I highly recommend.

Hotel room is very clean and Beautiful design. Location is near to Tram 28 station as well as train station. Very convenient to go to downtown. Laundry shop just next to 50m. Breakfast is fair. Overall happy staying here.

The room was small, but there was a mini fridge and the TV was Android so I could watch YouTube. There was a decent variety for breakfast. However, there wasn't much around.

The only drawback is that for a solo trip, the door lock of this room cannot use the door blocker on the lock, but has to be pressed against the ground. Then there is no anti-theft chain, and the door lock is relatively simple, but I stayed there for two nights and it was safe and nothing happened. I didn't sleep very well on the second night because the traditional European fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but it was quickly turned off, but this should be a low-probability event. As for hygiene, because I stayed for two consecutive nights, I hung a "Do Not Disturb" sign at the door on the second day. The cleaner specially confirmed again and asked me if I didn't need to clean and if any items such as towels needed to be replaced. I am used to using my own towels and didn't ask them to clean. She was very happy and said thank you to me. The location is also very good, just near the subway and you don't need to climb the slope after getting out of the subway. You can walk to the hotel on a flat road. The overall experience is very good. It is really surprising that there is such a great service at this price.
