"The hotel is old and in a remote location, which is very inconvenient in the middle of the mountain. Taking the railway back to the hotel at night has to go through a dark path. The bathtub is poorly designed and is very high off the ground, making it prone to accidents. I would not recommend it if you are traveling with the elderly. The biggest problem was that I found a bed bug on the floor. I swatted it to death. I was afraid that if it jumped into the suitcase, I would take it home. This is really unacceptable. After all, I stayed for three nights. The hotel should arrange for pest control and pest control. It has been renovated. It is not recommended for everyone to rent this room in Lisbon."

"First time staying in a Moov hotel and was very impressed, the location we stayed is not far away from the seaside and is also close to some food and shopping places. Hotel is bright, clean and spacious and our room is nice and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast this time so can’t comment about it, the staff are nice and friendly too. If there is any suggestion to be made I would suggest they write a clearer introduction regarding how to open the room window, as both me and my boyfriend couldn’t figure out how to open the window and had to ask one of the room cleaners to open the window for us, which turns out to be after you turn the window handle 90 degrees you then need to push the window glass hard to get the window open 😅"

Also the area around the hotel is full of really good quality restaurants. The breakfast (First picture) is also pretty nice and delicious. The 2nd picture is lunch in the hotel restaurant. Definitely worth the money paid for it :) Good job!"

"If creaky floors and doors bother you, then this might not be your place. The hotel truly has all the charm of an old establishment 🤗, and the view is magnificent. The service and kindness of the staff lived up to expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide selection, perfect for fueling up before tackling Lisbon's many hills and stairs. My only minor regret was the pools; they weren't heated, so they were quite cool at this time of year, which is acceptable, but the filtration could have been running to ensure cleaner water. Overall, an excellent choice for travelers seeking authenticity."
