Amazing
ZZhengbangI love this hostel so much. It‘s very warm and lovely place to stay. The staff and guests here are very nice and friendly. I‘ll still choose Lisbon central hostel when I back to Lisbon. And I also recommend it to my friends. Thanks again for the good experience there.

Great
AAnonymous UserThe room was great, with an en-suite bathroom and very clean bedding. Its central location made it convenient to get to all the attractions. Overall, it was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable, offering great value for money, especially if you're a solo traveler.

Mmoke899I chose a room with a bathroom, which is actually the master bedroom of the house. It's quite spacious and has everything. The location is also very good. There is a subway station downstairs, and there are many supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby. The kitchen at home is also very easy to use and has everything. The parking situation is not clear. It may not be easy to park on the main road. Comparing the beds in the youth hostels nearby, the price was about twice as high as that in the youth hostels, but they were much more comfortable and comfortable, so I decided to change and did not continue to stay in the youth hostels. Although the landlord is not good at speaking English, he is still very enthusiastic about using translation software to communicate and help. Thank you very much. All in all, it is a very cost-effective choice. If you feel uncomfortable staying in a youth hostel, this is a good choice and highly recommended. (Note that the owner has more than one house, so different house types may not be in the same location. The two houses are not too far apart on foot for four or five minutes. Since there was no phone call in advance and the language was not well understood, the location on the map It’s just one of them, but it’s not where I live, so it doesn’t matter if I wait for a while. The specific arrangement is subject to the landlord’s arrangement)

GGuest UserThe overall price of accommodation in Portugal is so expensive that I ended up booking a hotel that is also a hostel, even though I don't prefer it. The location was very good. There was a subway station right in front and many restaurants. The bedding was clean and the bedding was great, but the only regret was that even though I booked a double room for two, the room was so small that it was difficult to open my suitcase and go to the bathroom, which made it inconvenient to move around. In addition, the soundproofing was weak and there was no closet to put clothes or luggage.

Good
GGuest UserDecent location. Room size was fair however the floors could have been cleaner. The blanket was very thin and even with the heat on, I had to fold the blanket in half so that I would be warmer. The room was quite noisy, I could hear people talking in the hallways, their rooms, and there is quite a lot of traffic by the elevator. The bathroom was ok, the shower water pressure was nice but the temperature control was a bit difficult to turn. The sink water did not have any warm water option, and it felt quite wasteful every time you needed water from the sink it would keep running until it turned off. The wifi was spotty at times but when it did work it was fine. They had a bar and welcome drink which was nice, the outside patio also looked cute. The breakfast was a bit disappointing: toast, cereal, some fruit, and cucumbers and tomatoes. One gentleman asked for coffee and the attendant pointed to the machine and said ”it's all there”, but when I looked at the machine, all the coffee options said ”unavailable”. The machine needed some cleaning as well. The selection of teas were quite nice though. The location is decent, about 10 min walk from the start of the Avenida da Liberdade. They do have a kitchen on the ground floor if you preferred to cook your own meal (which would have been better than the disappointing dinner I had). They offer walking tours too which is cool. Typical hostel experience.

SShirleyleyThe hotel is a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station, but please note that there is only an escalator from the platform to the station lobby, and there are only stairs from the lobby to the ground level. If you are carrying large luggage, it is best to take the bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to Rossio Station in the city center. I also walk to and from the city center every day to save transportation costs.
Before check-in, the hotel contacted me to inquire about the check-in time, so I had to reply because the staff may be out sometimes. The hotel reception is in a unit on the right side of the third floor. My room is in a unit on the right side of the second floor. The unit on the left side of the same floor is where the locals live, so be careful not to ring the wrong doorbell. There are small elevators from the ground floor to each floor. Each unit has multiple rooms sharing 3 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet. In addition, they put some stink balls in the washbasin, probably to prevent mosquitoes, so there is a smell of stink balls in the bathroom, which is a bit strange but acceptable. There are some black molds on the leak-proof rubber edge of the bathtub. As for the room, the beds are very clean, but there is some dust in some places, such as the baseboards and the electric extension cord (mop). If you have a mysophobia, you should pay attention to it. In addition, there is a dining area on each floor, which is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and water heater for convenient dining. There is also a terrace for smokers.
The room I stayed in, No. 204, had a small terrace with a view of the No. 28 tram stop, so there was a chance that I would be woken up by the sound of the tram passing by early in the morning. For those who are easily woken up by noise, it is recommended to bring earplugs. There is a medium-sized supermarket within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient for purchasing food. Since I stayed during the Easter peak season, it was great value to be able to stay in a single room for less than HK$400 per night including tax. It is also worth mentioning that the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They even told me that I can get a discount at the restaurant diagonally opposite the downstairs with my room key.

SSatoYusukeIt is cleaned and kept clean every day.
The employees are very kind.
There are several supermarkets nearby. You can make a simple meal using kitchen microwave, IH cooking heater and kettle.
You can walk to the main attractions in Lisbon. There are a lot of homeless around, but there is no problem in particular. It is peaceful.
Metro station, bus, tram, all in a convenient location. The room rate is cheap.
