3-Star Hotels in Lisbon

From start to finish Dom Carlos Park did not disappoint. Helpful staff took our bag up stairs on arrival. Storage was available until our room was ready, map was given when requested to help us find our bearings. Room clean with fridge with selection of minibar which could be purchased, safe was also available. Towels were large and fluffy. Bed comfortable, with lovely pillows, black out curtains to help sleep. Room service used first night with excellent food . Breakfast was excellent good range of food. It was occasional busy and we were asked to wait in the lounge area but again well looked after and as soon as space was available we were taken in to wait. Hotel is in a good location, a gentle walk down the avenue liberdade everyday to where the action is, such as Rossio Station where we caught the train to Sintra. Great hotel would stay again. We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Lisbon. Everything was great, and the overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking a large park right in front, which made our stay even more special. The bed was very big and extremely comfortable – we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location with fantastic staff. The staff was very helpful with directions and helping me find whatever I needed whether it was sightseeing advice or late evening travel supplies like soda water. They went above and beyond.

On a busy street, it’s not very quiet, but you can wear earplugs. Your experience depends on the other travelers, of course, if they are considerate. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The reason I like this place is because it has a lot of character. It’s a turn-of-the-last century, 1890s palace, with very fancy ceilings, parquet wooden floors, and a marble floor lobby. It’s a real palace, one of many in Portugal! In 1914 it was rented to the Swiss Ambassador of Portugal. Although the place is quite dated now, it still has a lot of class. If you have a little more money, you can rent a small suite, higher up and quieter, also with credit card points (free or almost ). Unfortunately the internet only works in the lobby if you have a mobile phone. It seems to work fine for iPads and computers, strangely enough. It has a kitchen and washer / dryer. The fridge is old-style retro, as well as the deco in the whole hotel / hostel. (small fridge, but it does have a small freezer, too.) The place has a restaurant, which is popular. If you eat a large breakfast you can include it with your rent, it costs about 9€ (I don’t , so the kitchen was fine – modern electric stove top, microwave – no oven!) The top bunk of a three-tiered system is fairly safe, as it has steps, instead of ladder rungs. It has wooden lockers (bring your own lock) and small boxes, hidden in the stairs at every bed level. Not for the faint of heart or those afraid of heights… or those who can’t do stairs. Two flights of stairs up! Shared rooms on first and second floors, kitchen is on the first. No elevator to the shared rooms, unlike the suites.

This hotel has a great terrace. But we had a good time there shortly because of strong sunbeam and wind.... The staff were all kind. The location is not good. The charity kitchen and bathroom were around this hotel. So you can see so many homeless. Furthermore ambulances keep driving by the hotel wit their sirens on, 24/7. The bedding and towels were too old and worn out.

We have a great stay at the 7 hotel. We definitely return and recommend the place to everyone we know who will visit Lisbon. Everything was perfect for our 3 nights stay. My mom was sick, so we spend most of the time in the room and there was no problem. The room, even though not super big, however, has everything we needed. More than enough supplies of toilets and kitchen amenities. The bathroom is also functioning. I wish there could be a hanger for face cleaning and shampoo, I saw there maybe use to be one but it’s broken, hopefully the hotel repair them soon. The location couldn’t be better, it’s near to Santa Justa elevator and Baixa metro was just step away. Shopping street and bus stop was right in front. We were right in the city center, yet the noise wasn’t so much. We sleep perfectly. On the arrival day, we arrived at 14.00PM after the long 24 hours and 3 connecting flights. The staff are very kind to let us in early for an hour which was really appreciated. On the check out date, we also able to check out 15 mins late which was great too. We book with breakfast included, I love the pancakes and my mom just love the hot scramble eggs, sourdough and watermelon. Even though, the choices wasn’t a lot like a lot, but everything was tasty. Overall, recommended

Pros: The public area on the first basement level is huge, and the kitchen is also very large, connecting to a garden, which is lovely. Cons: There are only shared restrooms and showers. The showers are push-button style, so you have to keep pressing them. However, there are several restrooms and showers on each floor, which is quite sufficient, and I didn't have to queue. Location: There are quite a few slopes nearby; you'll need to walk uphill from the subway station. If you have a lot of luggage, I recommend taking a taxi. Cleanliness: Good, very clean.

Lovely little studio with great facilities for a short stay. It's quite small ....or cozy if you prefer but has most things you need. The staff at reception over the road were friendly and although the area isn't the prettiest there are some good cafes & bistros nearby and its right next to the Metro.

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
