So disappointed. We booked three days ahead of our stay, on the day we were due to travel, we missed a call at 6:45am! This was to inform us they were full, we had paid the wrong rate and they couldn't honour the booking. We had actually phoned them the day before to confirm all was ok. When I queried this, was told there was two Sarah's and it was mad busy so there had been an error. Whilst apologetic, this risked absolutely ruining our trip. When we booked, there were several rooms available, in fact, one room had a double and sofa bed, despite being bigger (and the same price), we choose what we assumed was smaller to help the owner as the bigger room accomadated three people and the room we choose only two. Look, mistakes happen, but it got worse. Owner then informed us that we needed to phone ********** to get a refund and also that they didn't actually use ********** - despite us booking through them. It took over an hour on the phone to get resolved - ********** confirmed the owner should have phoned them. Not good enough!
