Rooms were surprisingly of a good size, they were always warm when you enter them. Good shower. Staff are really pleasant, Julie was a standout in her manner and helpfulness, nothing short of fantastic in dealing with my enquiries and all with a smile

Lovely room bed super soft shower nice and hot and the staff one in particular Julie was very helpful and pleasant and smiling nothing was any bother there's plenty of choice to go for food and there's a cimera only 2 minutes walk all adds up to a good stay.

Stayed over the weekend for the races, had a great stay. Have to mention Julie on reception who was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the surrounding area. Rooms were clean, lots of space, parking was ample. Perfect stay for a drunken weekend away.

ENOUGH ROOM FOR OUR BIG VAN IN THE CAR PARK,WENT TO RECEPTION AND WAS MET BY THE LOVELY JULIE WHO COULDNT DO ENOUGH FOR ME AND CHECKED ME IN REALLY QUICKLY WITH A NICE SMILE ON HER FACE.SHE EVEN SORTED ME A NEW KEY WHEN I LEFT MINE IN THE ROOM BY MISTAKE.THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN,WITH PLENTTY OF FRESH TOWELS AND THE BED WAS NICE AND COMFY.THERE WAS A NANDOS OPPOSITE ASWELL AS A CINEMA AND A FEW SHOPS FOR YOU TO PICK UP A FEW THINGS,ALSO THERE'S A KFC, MCDONALDS,DOMINO PIZZA AND A SUBWAY FOR FOOD SO PLENTY OF CHOICE.

Just want to say a big thank you to Julie , she really goes above and beyond to make sure, I’m comfortable and I enjoy my stay The beds are comfortable and the pillows are comfortable. Plenty of towels when needed rooms kept tidy. And also Sophie and Kelly night staff night staff they are really lovely girls and also go above and beyond to help when neither and very respectful

We were placed in this hotel due to an issue with our home and everyone in here has been so friendly and helpful. Julie especially has gone above and beyond for us and has ensured all our needs are fulfilled making our stay 100x more relaxing. She is so approachable and never hesitates to help us
