The hotel's location for where we needed to go was excellent. This includes, the open top bus, Echo arena, central town with pubs, restaurants, etc and transport.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Our room was spotless. The shower was a big walk-in one with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
We will definately stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great location, friendly staff all around the hotel, room clean & bed comfy. Breakfast was plentiful & enough seating even at busy times. Please make the carpark cheaper for motorbikes as they are using less space, but we were great full that it was safe. Totally recommend & would use again. Thanks 😊

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned and in the end realized nothing much had been done other than bedding. We had used all our tea amenities but were never replaced so ended up buying our own tea bags.
The breakfast was there and there about but the coffee machines kept going out of order so the wait times were way longer...
I have had better days elsewhere for the same price

Greeted and checked in quickly by the team at reception. It was a nice bright reception. Snacks and drinks for sale at reception.
Spacious room, clean and nicely equipped room. I got a room on the top, 6th floor. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and kettle are available in the bedroom.
Shower had only medium water pressure and narrow spray head. Water was nice and warm.
Bed and two pillows were clean and comfortable.
Woken up around 6am by a humming noise from either outside or above and unable to fall back asleep.
Breakfast was chaotic, no staff to guide people. Not a lot of tables for the amount of people having breakfast. Do get a table before getting food at the self service. Good was replenished quickly. Unfortunately the cutleries were not and the staff were under a bit of pressure. Not a great breakfast experience.
Due to the number of people at breakfast, the queue for the lift was longer than expected.
Fitness room available but I did not visit.
Check out was quick.
I would recommend it for people looking for a simple place to stay for a night or two.

The hotel is so clean and nice . Love the lay out of the room . It’s so spacious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It was a hassle free stay . We would definitely come back again .
