Stayed here for 2 nights and cannot complain at all. Excellent location, great things to do. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, really good selection of food. Very clean. Great bar, good selection of drinks and food.

The room was dusty in parts with coffee stains on the wall and carpet.
There were no hot chocolate, water or biscuits privided, although these were on the trolley for other rooms.
The air con did not work. The extractor fan in the bathroom didnt work.

Another fantastic stay At Leonardo Liverpool. Brilliant location fab rooms and staff are always so helpful and friendly. Also reduced parking at the Kings Dock just get Reception to stamp your ticket. Will be back for sure.

The location is good just few minute to the museum. The cleanliness need a bit improvement and the linen have a lot of stain. In the night there a few times people try to open our door and i dont know why. Requesting for coffee amenities but until checkout no one sending the coffee amenities to our rooms. But the front desk service are excellent.

Fantastic location within walking distance of city centre. Room clean, decent size. Staff very friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay here the staff were lovely and we had an amazing sized room with everything that we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The location was really quiet and we got the room for a really reasonable price especially as it was a Christmas stay I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Lovely stay, very attentive to requests such as fixing the moving bed. Overlooking the ferris wheel was quite a nice touch. Also close to Albert Dock and accessible to city centre. Breakfast was decent. Staff were polite and let us store our luggage with no extra charge. Definitely recommended
