Liverpool Party Pad

Wouldn't stay here again if I was paid. The place is like a cesspool and they have parties on the weekends where the people will go upstairs into the rooms high as a kite even if they're not hotel guests. Found some needles on the staircase the morning after. Shared toilets, no room door locks. The party went on until 7AM and the people were of the quality where you'd think they're all related.

Despite your usual groans of stained sheets, wet floors with bits of sick left from previous guests, wet/damp mattresses and generally a hovel. What concerns me most is that this place is a tragedy waiting to happen. Once we were in the building we could not get out. The property relies on a keysafe (which people don't return key) . In the morning when we couldn't wait to leave it took another guest to climb out of an open window scale the back wall and open the door from the front as we couldn't from the inside. To hear that this property was fined for fire hazards in 2018 and it remains the same is shocking - and its still allowed to advertise and take peoples money!

Regardless of age please do not book! This place is dirty! There was vomit in a so called sink that had not been cleaned up in-fact I don’t no if this place has ever had a cleaner it is that dirty!! The rooms have coded locks so anyone who knows the code could go in!! The be linen had pet hair on! The pub across the road laugh when you go in and call you party pad refuges! This place should be closed down permanently! I cannot believe that companies like *********** actually advertise this place! It’s a death trap! There was a fire whilst we were there and at no point did a fire alarm go off! It was only because someone went to the toilet that we new there was a fire they went round knocking on rooms to raise the alarm! No one from the place came! Or even checked up on the visitors to make sure everyone was ok! If I could I won’t even rate it as 1 it’s more a 0! It’s just that bad!!!! Some places advertise as family friendly! No way is this people friendly let alone family friendly!!!

The most disgusting place i have ever stayed. The bedding hadn't been washed and still smelt of aftershave, The male and female toilets and showers were communal, the toilets didn't even have doors on, they had curtains for doors. And 3 of us are covered in bites.

There was so heating so had to go to aldi and buy blankets etc. We were freezing. The showers were filthy and unclean, and the toilets were curtains not doors. The doors had codes on them so anyone that knew the code could just enter your room. The manager didn't seem concerned when we asked him for help with the door and other problems that we encountered. There was so much dust and there was mould on the ceiling which they have tried to cover up with newspaper. we have all come back itching from the bed sheets and mattress which looked like it has not been cleaned in years. 3 of us have bed bites. DISGUSTING PLACE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

When we first arrived, we were greeted with three dirty rooms and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. There was no staff available to speak to whilst we were there. The light in one of our rooms did not work and when we called the manager, he stated that "the light was not meant to work" however there was clearly a lightbulb. we had to get ready in the dark. Our main entrance door was broken, so all we had to do to get in was push it open, making it very accessible and easy for anyone to walk in. three of our group came home with bed bug bites and there was not even a first aid kit available when a plaster was needed. The hygiene was shocking and the fact that it hadn't even been properly cleaned for us before we arrived was disgusting.
