The Bling Hotel by UStay Aparthotels

We hosted my daughter’s 11th birthday party here during half term. We stayed in the Liverpool room. The customer service was exceptional, I booked via the telephone and the staff member couldn’t have made it any easier. I was emailed regularly and given clear instruction on what to do and forms to fill in etc.. the communication was excellent. On the day I received everything I needed to access the apartment. The apartment was amazing! An absolute dream sleepover pad for tweens! Everything was clean, there were towels and toiletries presented beautifully on each bed. The beds were so comfy and were huge! The little bar area was fantastic. It had a sink with washing up liquid and a sponge, a large drinks fridge, microwave, and there were drinking cups and plates. There’s no cutlery though so we took our own spoons and bowls for breakfast (I did leave the spoons by mistake but they were located and returned to me! Thank you!!) The apartment we were in had a separate bedroom from the main area which was great for changing/quiet area and we were able to leave the girls to the main bedroom area while the adults slept in the separate room which really suited us to get some sleep while they were midnight whispering :) There were two bathrooms so there was never an issue and we didn’t run out of roll or soap etc.. There was a seating area with a large TV which can get YouTube etc.. great for dancing and partying. The views were great and the floor to ceiling windows were a great backdrop for photos as was the balcony. We didn’t have any issue with noise from outside or any other apartment. We had a brilliant time and would deffo recommend and will no doubt use again. Thank you Bling!

We stayed here for 2 nights as a group of 8. Room was absolutely ideal for a social group stay. Bathrooms were modern and clean with towels and shower gel/shampoo provided. The Superking sized bunk beds were really clean, comfortable and sturdy. There was noise on an evening from neighbouring bars and city centre, but nothing too bad that a pair of ear plugs didn't fix. Highly recommend and we will definitely try and return next year.

What great apartments for a birthday celebration, we stayed for our daughters birthday with 10 of her friends, very spacious and the layout is great. Ideal location close to pubs restaurants and shops … highly recommended if you are a party of 10 or more wanting to stay together. We stayed in the Rio apartment

This was our second year to stay in the Bling Hotel. Group of 11 of us headed over for a Birthday party. Great location. Great facilities. Only issue we had was when one of the party got stuck in the lift at 6am. We didn't find him for a couple of hours but once we rang for assistance they had somebody out to us straight away. Chap was a bit pee'd off but these things can happen. We will defintely be back.

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID Just back from what I can only describe as the most horrible experience I have ever had in any accommodation in Liverpool.A group 14 of us booked to stay in these apartments for our friends stags/hens.Having arrived Saturday evening to what we thought was a great apartment ,turned into a nightmare 3 hours later when the "porter"(the most aggressive,intimidating,sorry excuse of a man) came barging into our apartment screaming for us to get the f**k out,that we had breached the contract by being over capacity and smoking inside.And that we would lose our £500 deposit.When it was explained to him that we weren't over capacity that 4 people who were staying in another hotel had just arrived to head out with us and that the said smoker was actually standing at the doorway to the balcony smoking and not inside he didn't care.Got so aggressive with the girl who had booked it.Most of us went downstairs to leave a couple of people to try talk to him.He was being so intimidating ,aggressive and very unreasonable that we called the police to try get it sorted.They agreed with us and said we were actually a nice group and didn't deserve this as they could see we hadnt done damage to the apartment but basically said we would have to leave as the porter had the final say.So 14 of us ended up out in torrential rain walking the streets of Liverpool trying to find somewhere to stay after payimg €1400 to this place.No management to get in touch with either.Its shocking that these people can get away with what we now think is a scam,as we have since heard and seen reviews that we are not the 1st guests for this to happen to.Management need to get rid of that vile human and get more decent,approachable staff.What was supposed to be a weekend of celebrations ended in devastation.Do Not Give Your Money To These Scammers.
