This is the resort hotel with the best service awareness I have ever stayed in. All the service staff are polite and will take the initiative to say hello. The room service is also very fast, and the waiter runs back and forth. Although there are not many hot springs in the hotel, the scenery is great, especially the infinity pool on the top of the mountain has a superb view. The activities are also rich, such as feeding alpacas, riding horses, etc. The key is that it is clean and hygienic, making people think they are back in New Zealand. I booked a mountain villa, but in fact, this room type is on the mountain. The lawn view is basically at the foot of the mountain. In addition, the foot of the mountain is close to the lobby of the main building, and the outdoor sound insulation is relatively poor, not very quiet. Maybe another villa room type is more cost-effective. Apart from this, the room facilities and hygiene are nothing to say. Although the area is not particularly large, the advantage is that the transportation is very convenient. It is also very convenient to eat and buy things in the town, unlike those resorts in the mountains and deep mountains, where you can't buy anything within a few miles. The next day, we had the hotel's buffet breakfast, which was very rich and delicious, so we decided to have dinner at the hotel. Butler Kobayashi urgently helped us order teppanyaki, and we tasted all four price ranges. The environment was so shocking, the feeling of a cave, and the dishes were pretty good. As for the shortcomings, the four price sets were not very different, the types and methods were actually the same, just different varieties of ingredients. I won't mention the appetizers, pumpkin soup, and fried rice, they were exactly the same. Fish, shrimp, and beef were all cooked in the same pot and distributed to different sets. Fortunately, the taste was good, so you can choose a set. The biggest attraction is the hot springs, there are not many pools, soaking in the pool and looking at the mountain view, you can feel the magnificence and tranquility. Each pool is a little far apart, so it may be cold to walk in winter. Fortunately, there are enough towels in each pool to offset some of the cold. The rose petal pool is so beautiful. Only women can enter. This idea is great. The disadvantage is: Maybe the service is too good, so it is somewhat indulgent to low-quality guests. Some parents take six or seven-year-old boys to the rose pool, which I can barely tolerate. But such a big boy went to the women's locker room and took off his pants. I also met two such people 🙄.
