"To be honest this place was really disappointing. The room itself was fairly normal with the translucent door for the bathroom, and it was weird that half of the room didn’t even have a window, it was just this empty cube. The hotel is in a very boring place with nothing around. Yes all the amenities and things they have here are real, e.g., hot springs and pool but they’re all quite bad and somewhat dirty. I definitely overpaid and I would never come back. Legitimately 3/10 experience at Liyang"

"The hotel's location is super convenient, right off the main road, and it's only a 14-minute walk to the old city center. There are plenty of shared bikes available on the street too. It's just 1.2 kilometers to the high-speed train station. The duty manager, Kiko, made sure the room was spotless, especially the bathroom corners – absolutely clean! All the facilities were easy to use, making for an all-around fantastic experience. The breakfast was good too. Five stars, five stars!"

"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

"The location of the homestay is next to the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area. The location is particularly excellent and it is very convenient to travel and play. The room is spacious and clean, the 2.2 rice bed is very comfortable to sleep, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the bathrobe towel texture is very good. The homestay intimately presented a double breakfast, delicious, and free room upgrades, allowing late check-out until 14:00, and the service was thoughtful and intimate. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, the health atmosphere is great, the price is super high, 198 yuan can have such an experience far beyond expectations, next time you come to Liyang Nanshan Bamboo Sea will choose this one."

Traveling with kids, it was so relaxing for both mind and body, and we got some great photos too! The breakfast provided by the B&B was delicious, fresh, and had a wide variety. There were also parent-child activities like lobster fishing and driving go-karts to the mountaintop. If I get the chance, I'll definitely come back again!"

We went here for a weekend team-building trip, escaping the hustle and bustle of the city to breathe fresh air~ We hadn't communicated our needs beforehand, and the owner had to go out and buy things several times 🤣"

"Great hotel, the facilities are good, swimming pool great, maybe they should consider opening the outdoor pools earlier than July, because the weather clearly hot enough with the constant 30 degrees and above in June too. The breakfast menu was good. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was ok, more expensive than normal Chinese restaurants. The massage was good. The children entertainment was not that great. The programs are expensive especially if you have more than one child. The rooms are good, comfortable beds. The surrounding areas are nice and clean."

"The Pinecone Hotel is relatively new, so there aren't many guests, making it ideal for families with children. Our little one absolutely loved the HAPE mini-kitchen themed room and kept talking about the kitchen toys even after we left the next day. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also great, and the hotel's trampoline and cat petting were a lot of fun! Our butler, Ding Wenlong, was very kind and provided excellent service. We'd definitely consider staying here again~"

In addition to a lot of small bugs, haha is inevitable in the mountains) On the day of check-out, lunch is a meal ordered with the boss. If you pick it up, the Meiro shrimp is really amazing! The boss took the upstairs and downstairs to visit, and the friends unanimously decided to come back next time! The hotel is very good, all aspects of service are meticulous and thoughtful, suitable for staying."
