2200872****It was a very satisfying trip. My family of three checked in on October 8th, booking a two-bedroom, one-living room room at Taoxie Viewing Bamboo. Our housekeeper, Li Sipeng, contacted me a day in advance to confirm our arrival time and provided us with detailed and clear information about the hotel. When we arrived at the parking lot, Li was already waiting for us and upgraded us to Taoxie Viewing Mountain. The experience was incredibly comfortable. My son and I each had our own suite, offering stunning views and an outdoor hot tub and swimming pool. The hotel also provided many helpful perks. The front desk, restaurant staff, driver, and staff were all courteous and helpful. Li was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Our photographer, April, was also a fantastic photographer, and I was thrilled to capture so many beautiful photos. The restaurant's cuisine was also delicious and suited our tastes. Overall, I had a wonderful impression of Bamboo Valley and will definitely return when I have time.

IIlia(伊莱）Well, first of all this is really wonderful place!
The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring.
The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool.
The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest.
Will I recommend this hotel - YES

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!

GGuest UserWe stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!
